Pros:

The location was good and staff was really nice.

Cons:

The room was not very clean. Looks like someone spit tobacco in the sink. The room wasn't swept or vacuumed.
The trash was taken out, and we did have some towels which was good.

It was a great and relaxing stay!
Pros:

The room was very nice and clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They were even able to allow us to pay a little bit more in order to check in early, which we truly appreciated since we drove all night long from Florida. We do plan on staying again, the only thing we ask is maybe more than just two wash rags for the shower. The breakfast was very good as well.

The only thing I would request is more than two wash rags for the shower. Other than that, everything else was great! We had no issues with the staff or the room.

Enjoyed staying here and sleeping in a very comfortable bed.
Pros:

Great price -- caught it during a promotion. Room and beds were great, very comfortable. Desk clerk was 'ok', but not overly friendly or helpful. Breakfast was "adequate", but on par with similar hotels. Had to start my own pot of coffee (no one from the staff was around to do it). So there were a few MINOR things that weren't top notch, but overall, I would definitely stay there again.

Cons:

I'd consider the continental breakfast "minimal to adequate" - but not much different from that of similar hotels. Otherwise, there was nothing wrong. I will absolutely consider staying there again when I'm in the area.

They go above and beyond
Pros:

Fantastic- we made an error and arrived a day early - they worked with us and were very pleasant about it. It is a no frills place which was perfect for us. Breakfast was good and the entire facility was clean. We will definitely stay again. Thank you to all of the staff - you are the best.

It was priced right, but I wouldn't stay again

The rate and location were great!

Cons:

The desk chair was jenky, the bed was creaky. Breakfast was a complete disappointment, no meat at all. The bathroom door had a lock on the outside!?!

Great place to stay in Cleveland!
Pros:

Clean, comfortable, and pleasant place to stay. We spent a night and were very pleasantly surprised at the hotel and the staff. Lovely people!

Cons:

The door on one of our rooms had a terrible sticking problem.
