Top value, great service
Pros:

The manager, Priti, goes above and beyond to help guests.

I left my jacket at the hotel and she could not have been more helpful in shipping it to my home. She and other staff were also accommodating, gracious and helpful during my stay there.

You cannot beat the value of this hotel. The rooms and hotel are clean, provide everything you need for a pleasant stay (breakfast is included) and the location is great (near I-75, Cleveland State Community College, restaurants, etc.).

I highly recommend.
