Het team was vriendelijk en het was er netjes. De ligging is prima.
De lift was kapot. Daar kan het team weinig aan doen maar het was geen cadeau om dan een kamer op de zesde verdieping te hebben.

De badkamer is echt heel klein!!! Iemand met een grotere postuur kan niet normaal naar de wc, want die zit waarschijnlijk met zijn knieen of armen tegen de wastafel of douchecabine.

Yesterday we checked into your hotel. We had booked two rooms in advance: one Standard room and one Comfort room. According to our reservation, check-in was available from 14:00
We arrived at approximately 15:15, but were informed that the Comfort room was still not ready. Unfortunately, we could not wait due to our scheduled plans, so we had no choice but to accept two Standard rooms, even though we had paid for a higher-category room. In addition, we also paid extra for parking and breakfast, so we expected a corresponding level of service.
What disappointed us the most was not only the situation itself, but the way it was handled. We were not offered any solution: no refund of the price difference between the room categories, no alternative compensation, and not even a sincere apology for the inconvenience.
We understand that unexpected situations can happen. However, guests should not have to bear the consequences. If a room that has already been paid for is not available after the official check-in time, we believe the hotel should offer a fair solution and demonstrate a customer-oriented approach.
Bel établissement neuf ou bien rénové, bien équipé et bien situé dans un beau quartier. Propreté impeccable, petit déjeuner top.
Chambre de petite taille (chambre 202) mais très propre et bien agencée
Station de métro toute proche mais très sportif pour y aller, il faut obligatoirement monter une pente et un escalier du quartier.
