Pros:

La posizione ed il servizio della spiaggia privata , la vista.

Cons:

Servizi da rivedere , camere ed arredamento “vecchi”, come anche i servizi da rifare. La doppia base è a primo impatto piccola, i materassi sono comodi ma i letti sono datati, stesso dicasi per i sanitari.La “soluzione” è stata un upgrade al 3’ piano, le dimensioni erano le stesse ma gli arredi ed il bagno decisamente più recenti

Placut, personal f amabil, mancare buna, dar ma asteptam la mai multa curatenie in hotel de 4 stele.
Pros:

Micul dejun si cina foarte diversificate, cu produse proaspete si de calitate, gustoase si frumos prezentate. Curatenie in restaurant, mesele se debarasau si se curatau cu o solutie imediat dupa ce se eliberau, priveliste superba spre mare de pe terasa restaurantului.
Hotelul bine plasat, langa plaja, cu restaurante si magazine in imediata apropriere. Cluburi in apropriere (nu le-am vizitat).

Cons:

Proprietatea nu raspunde la email-urile scrise pe site-ul booking.com.
Curatenia in camera si baie necesita mai multa atentie; usa de la baie era stricata- nu se inchidea deloc (dar dupa ce am anuntat, a fost reparata foarte prompt). Inainte de a repartiza camerele clientilor, ar trebui un pic verificate, mai ales la inceput de sezon.
Perne foarte incomfortabile (inalte si dure).

Pros:

Die Lage vom Hotel ist sehr sehr schön. Direkt am Meer. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich.Die Zimmer wurden jeden Morgen gereinigt. Das Essen ist auch sehr lecker .Check in und Check out war sehr entspannt. Wir waren schon öfter da.Alles ist fußläufig zu erreichen. 5 min zum Flughafen. Wir hatten ein paar schöne Tage. Vielen Dank.

Per me, lo sconsiglio. Costa troppo e non vale il servizio offerto.
Pros:

L’accoglienza della reception.
Ragazzi molto gentili.
Unica nota positiva.

Cons:

Per un hotel a 4 stelle inaccettabile che non ci sia un frigo bar con bevande all’interno.
Pulizia da rivedere soprattutto nel bagno.
Nel bidet non andava giù neanche l’acqua.
Capelli e peli per terra e asciugami che odoravano di cibo.
Da rivedere.

Disappointing
Pros:

Clean public areas, room dirty and maids did the bare minimum.

Cons:

We’ve been going to Ibiza for a decade, this was our first time doing all inclusive, and instead of feeling looked after, we felt like we were treated as “less than” and the all inclusive food and drinks were nowhere near the standard of what we normally pay for.

החדר לא נקי מספר פעמים אמרנו למנקות מה לעשות ועדיין לא היה נקי..
אין חוף עם כסאות ושמשיות של המלון אלה בתשלום של 150 יורו לזוג
חנייה קטנה ואין מספיק מקום צוות לא עזר למה שביקשנו ...בערב שחזרנו לחדר הדלת נשארה פתוחה ...
