Kamers niet erg schoon, erg gehorig in de kamers (niet van buitenaf). Ontbijt was matig… geen vertier in hotel wat wel op de site staat.

Amazing hotel and resort
Pros:

I came here originally for one night, but Eloy and Fernando at the desk (such a delight) that I chose to stay here for another two nights and canccled my other hotels. They showed me all the information about the all-inclusive and in the days that I was there, I was able to have the best time ever and, I spent such good time by the pool and such good time by the beach. The entire staff was so kind and nice, and the food was absolutely amazing, not to mention the drinks, but it was just such an experience and I highly recommend.

DONT BELIEVE ALL INCLUSIVE
Pros:

I absolutely do not recommend this hotel. Let me break down what they call their 'all-inclusive' concept. They give you a wooden coin 😂. When you want a drink, you hand over this coin, and they give you a single cup. You have to carry this cup around with you everywhere; otherwise, you can't get your wooden coin back. And as ridiculous as it sounds, this rule applies to water too!
You give your coin, get a cup of water (like the one I shared in the picture), and you're stuck with just that water when you go up to your room for the night. If you run out, you have to walk all the way back down to the bar just to refill that same cup—they don't give you any extra water. If you want bottled water, you have to pay extra, even though you already paid for an 'all-inclusive' stay! This same concept applies to every single drink. I have never seen anything like this in my life. I'm sharing pictures of both the cup and the coin. Keep this in mind before booking an 'all-inclusive' stay here.

Lousy and overpacked hotel desorbitantly expensive
Pros:

The location with beach front was ok, though beach is thin in that area and the hotel doesnt offer nay thing . Breakfast was good, in variety.

Cons:

Staff was not helpful. Front Desk was Chotic.. Its a mess. Nothing on the room. Fridge didnt work properly. Elevators didnt work properly. Pool was overpacked. Few shades, chairs full and dirty. Drinks expensive. Even de lobby machines very expensive. Water was 3,50 euros.
