Overall a good experience, clean comfortable room, prime location, for a good price!
Cons:

There seemed to be only 2 staff tending to the entire property during my stay. At one point I needed towels and it appeared there was only the housekeeper working that day as I had to go out and find her! No one was manning the front office.

It was clean, they followed please don't clean bc of the dog, close to e everywhere.

Cons:

The $20 fee per night for my dog, Im in a wheelchair and it wasn't even asked if it were a service dog, the toilet seat was almost broken in back, there was NOTHING for a diabetic to eat at breakfast, the breakfast was very underwhelming.

Pros:

Ashley, the night manager, was super helpful. My booking.com reservation was for an incorrect date. She guided me to contact booking.com and request them to modify the teservation date. They did and the reservation change was successfully made. The room was clean, comfortable, and in a good location.

Cons:

I wish booking.com had shown the current date as the default for making a reservation. My tired brain did not think to change the default date to an earlier date.

Cons:

Toilet not anchored to the floor. Needs to be fixed or provide a seat belt. Bed was very comfortable but creaked when moving.

I like the fact that this location is close to everything. The hotel was well lit. Clean facility. Friendly staff. The building os definitely older but clean.

Cons:

The hotel had a drainage issue with the shower and sink. I did let the front desk know and she told.me she would let maintenance know ow the following morning. Not sure but we were not able to shower due to slow draining water. The comforters on one of the beds were dirty and the cloth chair was definitely nasty. Not sure why they put a fabric furniture in hotels. (Yuck).
