Struttura nuova e pulitissima

Cons:

Noi ci trovavamo in un altro patio distante circa 200m dalla struttura principale,lontano dalla reception ed il ristorante, per fortuna il tempo prometteva bene ma se ci fosse stata pioggia era un problema. La colazione devo dire che non era il massimo anzi …paragonando altri hotel che ho visitato

Hierher würden wir wieder kommen.
Pros:

Das Zimmer war sehr geräumig. Die Temperatur durch die Klimaanlage angenehm, welche wir nachts dann abgestellt hatten. Das Personal sehr freundlich.
Nahe Bushaltestelle um nach Brig zu kommen.

Cons:

Das Zimmer war recht hellhörig, nicht vom Gang her, aber vom Nebenzimmer. Man traut sich so gegen Mitternacht nicht mehr normal sprechen, um andere Gäste nicht zu stören.

Zimmer absolut top, Service und Frühstück schlecht.
Pros:

Wir hatten eines der neuen Zimmer im Nebengebäude. Das Zimmer ist sehr gross, modern und und war sauber. Es war gemütlich. Das WLAN ist sehr schnell und die Klimaanlage top.

Cons:

Wir haben im Hauptgebäude - wir wussten nicht dass es ein Nebengebäude ist, das 100m entfernt ist, eingecheckt. Wir waren mit Sack und Pack dort. Wir konnten dann schliesslich den ganzen Weg zurück. Alles wieder ins Auto einladen und mussten zum anderen Gebäude fahren. Das Frühstück ist leider unterirdisch. Brötchen und Gipfeli leer, ebenso die Fleischlplatte. Irgendwann wurde das dann vom Personal bemerkt und aufgefüllt. Von zwei Kaffeemaschinen war die eine ausgeschaltet, die andere defekt. Gästekarte wird keine ausgehändigt, sondern nur eine Buchungskopie, welche jedoch nicht gültig ist.

Für die Durchreise für eine Nacht mit Einschränkungen ok.
Pros:

Das Hotel liegt in einem Industriegebiet in Brig. Die Rezeption ist in einem Gebäude wo auch noch andere Dinge untergebracht sind, die mit dem Hotel nichts zu tun haben. Die Zimmer sind in einem anderen Gebäude, das relativ Neu zu sein scheint. Ausstattung, Bettenkomfort und auch das Bad gefallen. Parken kann man direkt vorm Gebäude.

Cons:

Die Klimaanlage bläst exakt auf das Kopfteil des Bettes (damit unbrauchbar). Auf der Fensterseite fahren Züge und stellen eine erhebliche Lärmbelästung dar. Selbst wenn es Nachts abkühlt, ist ein öffnen der Fenster im Sommer nicht möglich. Beim Frühstück gibt es keine Rühreier.
In Summe ist das Hotel zu teuer. Da passt Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis nicht.
