Staff was great. Clean property. Easy access.
Sofa bed was very uncomfortbale. Staff was great, they provided an extra mattress. However, remained uncomfortable. Breakfast was very basic but enough.

Que tuvimos un pequeño fallo de comunicacion y mis dos cuartos tuvieron que estar separados y no contiguos. Lleguen diciendo que tienen dos cuartos, no solo el apellido.

For the most part, the room was ok. Clean enough, nothing really stood out either this hotel. Not the best location, you do have to drive a bit for restaurants. Other hotels have better locations.
Only real complaint about this hotel is the bed. It was horrible. You sink into the mattress, which cause back pain in the morning. They need to do some updating in the rooms, especially the bed. This hotel is also more expensive by quite a bit than comparable hotels in the area. I wouldn’t say avoid this hotel, but I don’t think I’d choose to stay again. Expensive and you’re not getting the right quality for what you’re paying.
Galli was awesome. You can tell she’s a valued member of their team. She made me feel at “home”.

Work stay. Room 317. Dated room with wood paneling. Very low sink. Otherwise fine. Housekeeping every other day - refreshes towels and removes trash but that is all. Breakfast is standard chain hotel. Charge for parking.
Excellent service, comfortable rooms, and most importantly quiet hallways. Dede and Gali were very helpful.

Not worth what I paid for at ALL. And the $250 extra hold on my card is actually insane nowhere on the booking site did it tell me that information. Now it’s been DAYS and still haven’t received my deposit back!
My forgetful self lost one of my favorite earrings
It was a little inconvenient at first, to take a shower and there was NO soap in dispenser...and they are large dispensers! And shampoo was nearly emptly. But front desk responded quickly and they were very helpful during the stay.
