Cons:

No nos quedo claro que no tenia ascensor para los pisos superiores. Nos dieron una habitacion en el tercer piso. De todos modos cuando llegamos con el equipaje el joven que estaba en la recepcion , nos lo subio , y al retirarnos una señora de la limpieza lo bajo.

Ok but could have been better
Pros:

Good basic room and facilities, easy walk to shops and public transport, all room facilities clean and in good use. Good basic room and comfortable. Has a s Bahn and shops a short 5-10 mins walk away .

Cons:

The check in staff on arrival was rude like he couldn’t be bothered with us and thumped the self check in to fill out on the counter. When I went to check out after 4 nights they asked for 190 euros extra for 4 nights - tourist tax and 35 euros a night for a baby bed. We had emailed prior to the booking and they had asked for 35 euros for the baby bed (most other places provide baby bed for free). I had agreed to this 35 euros. Then on check out they tried to ask for 35 euros per night for the baby bed. He said I didn’t have to pay however i felt rude he tried to charge me 35 euros a night for a baby bed. If I wanted to pay 190 euros more for 4 nights I could book a different better place for this extra price.

Great for the price
Pros:

Very helpful and welcoming staff. Good breakfast.

Cons:

Noise outside during the night. Closed windows solve the problem though, they have good sonic isolation.

Jederzeit wieder
Pros:

Das ganze Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Speiselokale in der Nähe. Bei beiden (Hotel und Restaurant in der Nähe) waren sehr, sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter, ich würde jederzeit wieder hier buchen.
