Excelente estadia
Pros:

O hotel é espetacular, a infraestrutura é ótima, tem a praia privativa logo em frente e recebe pessoas de várias faixas etárias. O café da manhã é absurdamente incrível, com muita variedade no cardápio. A localização é muito boa; com uma caminhada de 20 minutos já estamos no centro de Sant Antoni. Há ponto de ônibus próximo, tanto para o aeroporto como para o centro de Ibiza.

Cons:

A única questão que tivemos foi que o carregador da minha amiga que estava na tomada teve um dos pinos quebrados, o que ocorreu na hora da limpeza. Ela também havia deixado uma fruta (não estava podre) na mesa de cabeceira e a mesma foi retirada, provavelmente jogada no lixo. No mais, nada que atrapalhe a experiência vivida.

Prijeten hotel z dobro lokacijo, zelo prijaznim osebjem in okusno hrano, odličen za ugoden dopust na Ibizi.
Pros:

Zelo prijazno in ustrežljivo osebje, pripravljeno pomagati in dati koristne informacije. Hrana je bila okusna z dobro izbiro. Lokacija je super, blizu centra San Antonia, marketov ter rent a car/skuter ponudbe.

Cons:

Sobe so nekoliko dotrajane (imela sva težavo s klimo, ki je puščala), vendar glede na ceno to nekako pričakuješ.

Pros:

Situation au top. Personnel adorables et discrets. Propreté. Buffet pdj et diner correct. Parking gratuit pas loin (peut être saturé en pleine saison). Chambres spacieuses, vue sur mer.

Cons:

Insonorisation des chambres. Musique assez forte en terrasse de 10h à 23h. Et surtout (pas du ressort de l'hôtel) manque de respect des clients de l'hôtel bruyants en rentrant dans leurs chambres la nuit et gaspillent énormément au buffet.

Not good hotel overall! The old woman on the reception is rude !
Pros:

The breakfast was not good just same thing and even eggs 🍳 which they were frying was not good !

Cons:

They said the room with sea view but most of the rooms don’t have sea view

Good Location & Friendly Staff
Pros:

The hotel has a great location right by the beach, in a slightly different and quieter area, which makes it a nice base for exploring. Parking is available on the street — with a bit of patience, it’s possible to find a spot, which is definitely a plus.

The reception staff were very friendly, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. Their attitude really made a difference and deserves recognition.

The rooms are very spacious, which is a big advantage, and the bathrooms are also large and comfortable — not cramped at all.

The food is good, with a wide variety of options. Everyone can find something for themselves — from lighter, healthier choices to more indulgent ones. Breakfast is more continental-style but still perfectly fine, and the dinner buffet offers a great selection, including very good desserts. The price for dinner (around €18 per person) is reasonable for what you get, and it’s nice that water is included.

The pool area is pleasant, with music playing and some activities organized by animators, which adds a nice atmosphere to the stay.

The hotel offers good value for money and has several strong points, especially the staff, location, and food. However, upgrading the rooms and improving a few comfort details would make a significant difference and bring it to a much higher standard.

Cons:

The biggest downside is the standard of the rooms. Compared to other hotels at a similar rating level, the rooms feel outdated, with older furniture and a general lack of modern design and comfort. A refresh or partial renovation would significantly improve the experience.

There are also some small but important details missing. For example, terraces only have basic plastic chairs — adding sun loungers would make a big difference and allow guests to fully enjoy the space. On the floors, where guests often smoke, ashtrays would also be a simple but useful addition.

Another issue is the comfort of sleep. The mattress is too soft, and the pillows are not very supportive, which made it difficult to rest properly and led to some back discomfort. Improving this would greatly enhance the overall stay.

Goed als uitvalsbasis als je hele dag buiten hotel bent, maar volgende keer toch een ander hotel.
Pros:

Barpersoneel was vriendelijk.

Cons:

Personeel aan receptie in de ochtend en de middag was nors.
Kamer op zich was gewoon proper, maar de gangen, inkom en dergelijke niet.
Restaurant doet kaal aan.
Lawaaihinder.

Pros:

Ubytování splnilo mé očekávání. Dobrá lokalita, nedaleko velké bezplatné parkoviště. Snídaně nebyly špatné, výběr asi dle možností. Jen by to chtělo lepší odvětrání části, kde jsou připravovány teplé snídaně. Oceňuji výhled na moře. Na pokoji by bylo možná dobré některé věci vyměnit či doplnit. Ale pokoj byl čistý, prostorný, postel pohodlná. Chyběla lednička, ale na pokoji této úrovně asi bývá málokdy.

Cons:

Pokoj byl v blízkosti únikového schodiště, kterým v noci chodili lidé a dveře od tohoto schodiště byly celkem hlučné.
