Please note that All Inclusive rates includes:
- Beverages from 10:00-23:00: non bottled softdrinks, draft beer, hot beverages, house wine and national liquor.
- Snacks from 11:00-18:00: hot and cold buffet, snow cones, ice cream and pastries.
- Restaurant buffet with breakfast service from 8:00 to 11:00, lunch with show cooking from 13:30-15:00, and dinner with showcooking from 19:30-21:30
It does not include: bottled beverages, international alcoholic beverages and packaged ice creams.
A deposit may be required at the property.

The staff at this hotel are very rude. Bar staff are snappy, staff in food hall roll their eyes and have a go when asking for knifes and forks etc, cleaners knocking on our door 15 minutes before check out time telling us to hurry up. Overall not a good experience with the staff. The food isn’t great either, not much selection apart from sea food. The only good thing is the location as it’s by the beach.
Just got back form a weeks all inclusive, what a lovely hotel, set right on the beach with a taxi rank on the main road and water taxi right behind the hotel. Food was of a good quality and plentiful (one of our party was vegetarian and there was plenty of choice) drinks were good and not watered down like some of the reviews suggest. Rooms clean and beds very comfy. Only negative was the awful women on reception, we arrived at 1.30 and she kept us waiting and we couldn't check into 2pm (despite checking in all the other people in front of us) Then the next day she allocated our room to two ladies from Liverpool who had requested an early check in and they opened the door when we were in the room. We then went down to reception to ask what had happened she was extremely rude and waved us away so we complained to Carlos the manager who dealt with it very professionally. Highly recommend

Arrived for 3 nights, no electric on arrival and not offered even any water. Rooms are decent, see view was lovely but very loud all day and night so don't expect to sleep much but beds were really comfortable. Food was ok, but cold most of the time. Not enough sun beds so get there for 9 when it opens. Not much for kids unless they can entertain themselves. Rooms were clean but pool wasn't so much . Definitely more for younger ones who don't want much sleep.

The only downfall to this hotel which is a shame is the lack of sunbeds around the pool.

Limited beach access
A nice hotel in a good location, 15-20 minute walk to Main San Antonio, local shops and restaurants nearby if required. All inclusive drinks has good options but requires an extra €2 to purchase a token to get the cup. However food had a wide variety daily, breakfast had the best options. Shoutout to our cleaner Floriana who was always polite and provided fresh towels when required. The pool is small however does the job for cooling down, I would recommend getting up at 9 to put pool towels down. Fantastic beach is also across the road with clear waters and sunbeds for hire.
We had a lovely 5 night stay, the only let down was the late check out not being an option however we still enjoyed our time in Ibiza

Odore di fogne che si sente nella spiaggia di fronte, lettini della piscina sempre occupati col salviettone dalla mattina presto da persone che fino alle 11 non si vedono neanche e quindi si rimane senza.per vedere delle belle spiagge bisogna spostarsi di 20 min in auto
