This hotel was very clean. The free hot breakfast was so good. I would definitely stay here again.
Pros:

No pets aloud. We look for hotels that don’t allow pets because they are clean. Pets destroy hotels.

Cons:

My refrigerator didn’t work and the electricity went out twice on the room. My refrigerator was replaced right away and the electricity was restored quickly.

Comfy beds:)))
Pros:

Hotel was close to restaurants. Front desk friendly. Room was big and clean. Beds great.

Cons:

Kids upstairs running and jumping.,that's on the parents Housekeeping forgot to give us towels,but we ask ftontdesk and they gave us fresh onse. No problem.Breakfast could have had more hot options. Otherwise I was a great stay.

It was a nice facility.

Cons:

We were on the third floor and the elevator was out of order. It was difficult walking up and down the stairs especially with baggies.

Pros:

Location was great for visiting the parks. Breakfast had plenty of variety with hot egg and meat based entrees rotating each day as well as fresh fruits, cereals, juices and the famous waffles. It said housekeeping would only happen every 3 days for longer stays but it seemed to happen almost daily.. but not quite so it was a little confusing.

Cons:

It was a three or four story building with one elevator. The elevator malfunctioned periodically and then was just plain out of service for 2 days until repair could be made. Unfortunately that included the day we checked out, but the staff did offer to help carry bags down.
Was on a road trip with a friend and every place else we stayed they were able to split the bill between our two credit cards. But here the staff was apparently unfamiliar with that process and told us that they did not do that. We spoke to another manager later who said that they would do it when we were ready to check out. But unfortunately that person was not yet in for the day when we left so my friend and I had to straighten out the bill on our own.

Everything should have been good except for the traumatic elevator experience
Pros:

The pool, hot tub, gym, clean room.

Cons:

Elevator was malfunctioning! I was stuck with my 10 year son in the elevator for maybe 20 minutes. Elevator has no AC and we were about to pass out from the heat! Very Traumatic experience!
