Frukosten var ikkje den aller beste, men fortsatt heilt ok.
Really enjoyed our stay this week - the staff were warm, helpful and welcoming and resolved queries efficiently. The room was a great size and very well equipped with everything we could possibly need! Not to mention how comfortable the bed was. The location was absolutely ideal too: a stone's throw from the train station and 2 gig venues we were attending.
If I had a minor complaint, it kind of shows where they try to make savings: the quality of the toilet roll and shampoo/shower gel was lacking and if there were improvements to be made, that'd be it. Genuinely can't fault anything else however and this will be our go-to when staying in Newcastle in future - thanks to all for such a pleasant stay!

Great value for money. Very comfortable bed. In city centre just 5 minutes walk from a gig we were attending. Staff on reception were very friendly and helpful.

The location is excellent. The staff were friendly. They gave me an accessible room which didnt ask for but appreciated the extra space.
The rooms are out dated they need an upgrade. My toilet was terrible for flushing.

Breakfast was ok but they need a toaster that allows you to toast the crumpets as not eating cold crumpets. Also need to make sure the jams and Nutella are stocked up as they were empty when trying to use them.
More breakfast items would be good, no has browns or black pudding at breakfast.
