Booked a twin superior room and was giving a newly refurbished room on the 7th Floor, room was spacious and clean was giving a complementary voucher for 10% off food and beverage and also one for a free coffee, stayed here a couple of times and would stay every time excellent location for where I had to go.
What i didnt like and this is only MY opinion bed bit towards for my liking shower pressure not the best which was disappointing and price of breakfast I felt was over priced for what was there only 6 hot breakfast options sausage tomato bacon scrambled egg potatoes beans and mushrooms.
The staff was so personable and kind. One of the most genuinely hospital kind and loving staff I have ever met. They treated me like family.

It's location & short walk from car parking.
Typical toilet seat issues several of the rooms have this issue but it's not a problem if you are female ‼️‼️😞 severe crack in hand wash basin only a minor detail tho.
Great location for the Utilitia Arena
Beds are too soft, shower was permanently cold. Rooms are tired looking as are the bathrooms and in need of a modernisation

Very comfortable bed, room clean, quiet and right temperature
The real highlight however is the Staff, from the reception to the cleaner, they were all brilliant and friendly
We thought that we had booked a room and breakfast package, but found it was room only, hence the less than top score for value
The main are like reception/ bar were nice areas
