The hotel is situated in a great location, close to the city centre and local restaurants and bars.
It was very welcoming and the room was very comfortable and clean.

The room was a bit disgusting, very dated.
The carpet had come away next to the bedside table.
The sheets/duvet had marks on them.
There was no hand soap in the dispenser.
I got left with half a used roll of toilet roll.
The shower was just a bit grubby, not a nice experience.
Breakfast selection was average, not a lot of hot options.
Restaurant wasn't open, only the bar, and there were no seats available - I even got told I could seat and eat in the reception area if I wanted to, which is bench style seating.
Really friendly staff, especially in the hotel bar. Rooms were comfy and a really decent size, plenty of space. Really good location, right next to the pink triangle and a 5 minute walk from the train station.
The breakfast really wasn't very nice. There was limited choice and quite a poor standard of food. Considering the price, I'd rather go out and spend the same if not less at a nice breakfast place. The bathroom in the room was very tired, could do with a refresh because it looks like it's out of the 70s.
We where locked out of our room when returning and had to move rooms at 11:30 . I had also paid for a beter room and ended up in a standard. Toilet made a noise all night and kept us awake. We had a 2 o'clock check out and arranged train times home around this but left at 11 as there was maintenence going on in the room next door

Very friendly staff able to ammend my booking and were able to waive fee for being curtailed.
Room was clean however windows were open and musky moldy moss smell was present in the room for whole of stay. (Room overlooked Main entrance roof that had not been maintained)

Não entendo como um hotel 4 estrelas só tem um tipo de almofada disponível…fiquei com um torcicolo pois após dois pedidos para uma almofada mais mole na recepção, nunca me conseguiram satisfazer o meu pedido.
Great location in the city centre and near the Utilita Arena. The Superior room was beautifully decorated and modern, and the bed was huge and comfy. No complaints.
