Adequate.
Pros:

Totally fine - but nothing special. We were booked in by airline after flight cancellation, relatively close to airport (20 min taxi), but there are closer. Bar and restaurant fine, steak not the ‘primers’ of cuts, but chips superb. Room was OK, bed certainly comfortable - a little noisey from both outside and next door. Could go with a bit of a freshen up, but to be fair it seems this is happening. Staff friendly and efficient.
In all, absolutely fine and would stay again if I had to.

Good location for the city
Pros:

Reception was friendly and welcoming even though we hit rush hour at check-in.
Hotel close to car park and railway station. Easy to walk to city centre and Utilita Arena.
Room was clean and comfortable.

Cons:

Bar area very small for size of hotel and if a lot of guests wish to use it, seats fill up quickly.

A lovely surprise at how nice it was and the price was great. Will be staying here again!
Pros:

Room was lovely. very clean. Lovely enormous bed. The shower was great too. Nice and large,
Very impressed with the tea and coffee making facilities and snacks.

Cons:

one of the lifts getting to our floor was a bit dodgy, The door would stick and it wouldn't close. A few hotel guests refused to use that lift.

The reception team are kind and caring…acts of kindness is what makes you want to stay again.
Pros:

The receptionists…when we booked in she was very helpful. When we booked out he made my nearly 95 year old father feel very special, helping to bring the luggage to the car and gifting us a box of fruit pastilles for our onward journey was so very kind….Both the receptionists showed acts of kindness which Northerners are renowned for. Thank you.

Cons:

There was only one person working behind the bar and a huge queue from a coach trip. We had to eat our meal in the bar because the coach trip had taken over the dining area…not ideal.
