The location was great
It needed new bedding and headboard.
Staff was very nice and the breakfast was great!
The bathroom needed a lot of work. There was caulk everywhere it shouldn’t be. Next to the toilet there was a piece of wallpaper pinned on with thumb tacks, behind that was mold.
It was quiet, comfortable, and convenient.
Had to ask about hot water in shower- had to let it warm up for a few minutes instead of just jumping in to a nice hot shower to relax. Not a huge deal but don’t normally have to wait for stuff to heat up.
It would be better if they let you pay with cash, or card.
They wouldn't take my gift card

The room needs repairs: cracked tiles in the bathroom. Bathtub needs caulk. The heater made very loud sounds.

That there was dead bugs everywhere around the pool. The pool was dirty. There was no hot tub like was stated when I booked the room you couldn’t even swim in the pool because it was so disgusting. The floors were dirty in the hallways and I have slept in cleaner rooms, very unsatisfied, considering I own a cleaning company and we do rental homes. I would give this a half star nothing more on your cleaning needs major improvement.
The closet door was broken and unable to be used. The door knob inside the bathroom was almost broken off.
You can tell that they are going through a renovation right now. The lobby and gathering areas have been updated and are nice. The rooms need a lot of work.
Beds were not comfortable and the headboard pleather was pealing. There was a rip in the sleeper sofa cushion that could flipped because it was ripped on the other side as well. A good amount of mold in the shower as well.
Friendly staff and clean environment
I only stayed one night, but I really enjoyed my stay. My room was clean and comfortable. The halls were quiet. We were next to an elevator, but there was no noise in my room. Everyone was very hospitable. I would definitely stay here again.

The price of the room the cleanest of the room could have been way better
We are done staying at this property. It has been in a steady decline over the last few years. We always enjoyed this hotel but recently we have experienced a reduction in quality of room cleanliness and appearance. Headboards need replaced, couch cushions all frayed. Bathroom is not aesthetically appealing. Stairway is not clean.
