Je ne reviendrai pas dans cet hôtel, décevant, pas au niveau d'un 3 étoiles
Pros:

la personne le matin au petit déjeuner, le petit déjeuner correct

Cons:

la salle de bain le lavabo minuscule le robinet non fixé, pas de bouilloire dans la chambre, les fils électrique apparent d'une ancienne applique, la machine à café qui ne fonctionnait pas dans un pays comme l'Italie boire un nescafé le matin !
Les sacs de linge sales entreposés dans la salle du petit déjeuner, décor salles communes défraichis, ce n'est pas du niveau d'un 3 étoiles et du prix payé pour la nuit et le petit déjeuner.

Cons:

The room was good and the staff was super nice, but electricity went out and that was a bit chaotic. We were leaving next morning and we couldn’t charge our phones or anything during nightime, but the receptionist really helped us to sort it out in the morning.

The room is nice. Probably that's it.

Cons:

Unfortunately, but the breakfast didn't hit my expectations. There were no just-made coffee (what is completely weird). In the breakfast room there was a coffee machine, but it didn't work. The lady which was assisting there doesn't really know italian which is weird twice. All in all, there were more cons than pros.

Que no pongan que en la tarde noche no hay servicio de recepción y tienes que llamar a un número para que te den tu clave y puedas entrar por primera vez al hotel, que te cobrarn según impuestos de mas fuera del cargo de la reserva. El chico que me mandó la clave decía que eran 4 eros mas, pero al otro dia la chica de la recepción diji que 7 euros mas

hotel carino, posizione strategica e prezzo stracciato rispetto alla media

Cons:

ho prenotato la sera stessa, check-in indicato fino alle 00:00 ma, arrivata lì, non c'era nessuno e non avevo neppure ricevuto indicazioni per il selfcheckin. Dopo 25 minuti e 18 tentativi di telefonata mi ha risposto un operatore locale, indicandomi il numero errato della stanza.

Non è possibile che non ci hanno dato neanche un asciugamano. Abbiamo telefonato in quanto alla reception alle 17 non c'era nessuno.
Ci è stato detto che avrebbero portato degli asciugamani ma non abbiamo visto nessuno
