Posizione buona vicino al Ponte dell' Accademia e al centro.

Esperienza da non ripetere, anzi attenzione! Sono rimasta più di un' ora ad aspettare fuori dalla porta dell' hotel suonando e telefonando ma nessuno ha mai risposto. Inviati msg e mail. Ma nulla. Non mi era stato inviato il PIN per aprire. Alla fine fortunatamente mi ha aperto una ragazza ospite della struttura, che a sua volta aveva avuto lo stesso trattamento. Io rimasta senza parole. Camera un tempo forse elegante ma ad oggi decadente, evidentemente per la poca cura. Colazione inclusa ( con un supplemento ) dall hotel dichiarata "internazionale" e con foto totalmente non veritiere.. deludente: caffè solubile da preparare in autonomia con acqua calda di un bollitore elettrico, dolciumi confezionati..e poco altro. Tristezza assoluta. Costo troppo alto per una notte, vista la spiacevole esperienza. Mai successo tutto cio nella splendida Venezia.

Experiencia terrible, INFIERNO

No me gustó nada, desde el primer día tuvimos problemas con el alojamiento no había agua caliente, no funcionaba la calefacción, de los tres enchufes que había en la habitación solo funcionaba uno, después de comunicárselo a la recepcionista/limpiadora, lo único que nos supo decir es que avía una avería y que no sabía cuando lo arreglarían, con lo que llevó que al día siguiente tuviéramos que abandonar el alojamiento caso que no cumple con las necesidades básicas para poder hospedarse, pedimos una hoja de reclamaciones y lo único que recibimos por su parte fue que no tienen hoja de reclamaciones, tampoco un responsable y que únicamente trabaja allí una trabajadora que gracias a ella nos pudimos duchar con cubos de agua y un hervidor eléctrico que nos facilitó, los números de teléfono que nos facilitaron en el alojamiento no sirvieron para nada caso que lo único que nos saben decir es que ellos no se encargan de eso, nos marchamos a otro Hotel y NOSOTROS ASUMIMOS EL GASTO del nuevo hospedaje es decir doble gasto, a día de hoy nadie contesta a los correos y tampoco a las llamadas, lo único que reclamamos es el REEMBOLSO DE NUESTRO DINERO

No me gustó nada, lo único que puedo aconsejar es que si queréis unos días de vacaciones tranquilas, NO VAYÁIS a este hotel caso que al mínimo problema se lavan las manos y no te solucionan nada

I was extremely happy and felt great relief when left the hotel.
Pros:

I recommend this hotel for amateurs of extreme tourism. There was no hot water, air conditioning could only drive cold air, TV set didn’t work because of loose socket. So if U want to watch TV one of U has to hold connection and to find proper position. It only helps to switch TV on for a very few seconds. Scenery through windows was exciting- it was mine like. Opposite wall from bathroom was less than 2 m away and down there was something like dumping ground. It was cold at night, door lock was specific- hard to lock and unlock. But anyway we were happy and without doubt went under freezing water in shower room. I highly recommend this hotel for those who like hardship and extreme tourism.

Non è un hotel...alla reception nn c'è nessuno...la struttura è vecchia e fatiscente..gli arredi sembrano presi dal bidone della spazzatura...la puzza di umido regna sovrana...mancava il riscaldamento e l acqua calda...l aria condizionata guasta...i recapiti telefonici a cui rivolgersi sono un fake...non risponde nessuno.. le foto non sono realistiche...la colazione é un disastro mancava anche il caffè...praticamente da evitare come la peste...

Un horror de hotel pesimo

Los muebles están muy deteriorados
En el desayuno hay tres cafeteras y nunguna funciona y el desayuno es muyyyyyyyyy pobre
Pasemos mucho frío en la habitación y en el desayuno
No cumple los requisitos de un hotel es bergonzoso y nos dijeron que lleva asín más de 8 días que sepamos
Les pedimos al hotel que nos cambiaran de hotel y no nos contestaron nos quejamos desde el primer día y que nos devuelvan el dinero el primer día nos dijeron que lo estaban mirando de arreglar el agua caliente y era mentira no apareció nadie por el hotel nos tomaron el pelo todo los clientes que habíamos nos estábamos quejando

Quarto de época em Veneza
Pros:

Localização perfeita, o quarto era super aconchegante e apesar de parecer antigo, o banheiro estava novo e bem cuidado. O ar funcionava bem e a cama era confortável. Me senti em um quarto de época, foi bem legal!

Cons:

O atendimento dos funcionários pode melhorar.

la personne le matin au petit déjeuner, le petit déjeuner correct

Cons:

la salle de bain le lavabo minuscule le robinet non fixé, pas de bouilloire dans la chambre, les fils électrique apparent d'une ancienne applique, la machine à café qui ne fonctionnait pas dans un pays comme l'Italie boire un nescafé le matin !
Les sacs de linge sales entreposés dans la salle du petit déjeuner, décor salles communes défraichis, ce n'est pas du niveau d'un 3 étoiles et du prix payé pour la nuit et le petit déjeuner.

Cons:

The room was good and the staff was super nice, but electricity went out and that was a bit chaotic. We were leaving next morning and we couldn’t charge our phones or anything during nightime, but the receptionist really helped us to sort it out in the morning.
