Only thing was the ac worked but had missing buttons. The bed has a large wall on it which blocks the direct air flow so takes a little longer to get room cool.

It was a non smoking room but when we walked in it smelled of cigarettes. We also had to clean up cigarette ashes on the headboard night stand. We were kind of worried that the sheets may have not been clean, but we were so exhausted from our trip and needed a quick spot to crash.

CABLE BOX WIRES WERNT PLUGGED IN TO BOX & BOX WASNT SECURED TO WALL AND HANGING FROM WIRES ABOUT 5 FEET UP THE WALL LITERALLY. ALSO THE SHOWER HEAD NEEDED CLR SERIOUSLY TO GET WATER TO FLOW. ALSO THE BED WAS TAPPED TOGETHER WITH 30 YEAR OLD DUCK TAPE WHICH WAS BARELY HELD TOGETHER THE 40 YEAR OLD BED. THE BED HAD A VERY THIN BLANKET AND NASTY PILLOWS. HAIR INSIDE JACUZZI TUB PLUS HAD TO PRY PLUG OUT TO DRAIN WATER OUT. BUT BY FAR THE WORST WAS THERE VENDING MACHINE. I BOUGHT $5 WORTH OF FOOD ( CHEEZE & CRACKERS ORANGE ONES & WHITE CHEESE & CHIVES). OPENED AND PUT IN MY MOUTH & IMMEDIATELY SMELLED & TASTED SOMETHING RANCID. SPIT OUT AND ASKED HUSBAND TO TRY. HE FOLLOWED MY REACTION. LOOKED AT THE DATE AND IT SAID JAN 29TH 2013! YES YOU READING THAT RIGHT. WELL THAT WAS ENOUGH FOR ME. I PAID $379 FOR 2 NIGHTS BUT I LEFT AFTER ONLY 1. NEVER AGAIN. P.S. I HAD A TERRIBLE STOMACH ACHE AFTER THAT CRACKER.

1. La limpieza estuvo muy mal, encontré una cucaracha en el baño.
2. El jacuzzi (principal razón por la que elegimos ese hotel/habitación) no lo pudimos usar porque el agua del jacuzzi olia terriblemente mal (parecia problemas en la cañeria).
3. Ese mismo olor lo pudimos sentir cuando nos bañamos en la regadera.
4. Cobran un deposito por daño que no lo indican en ningun momento durante la reserva. Además a la fecha de esta review (5 días despues) no han realizado la devolución del dichoso deposito.

My room smelled like Marijuana and they gave me room spray vs moving us. The other room had a refrigerator leak and no sitting areas. The rooms were both hot and took a very long time to cool off. There was very little soap or shampoo.

Key card didn't work the 1st time. Front desk said they don't do wake up calls even though the phone in the room says they do. I was asked twice if there wasn't already toilet paper in the room when I asked for an extra roll because there were no tissues to blow my nose with. No toilet paper holder. Fridge is not securely in place. I was asked to leave a 10 star review before stepping foot into the room
