Quiet historic place
Pros:

I loved how clean everything was. I loved the feel of the property, and hotel.

Cons:

I did not like the fact no signs pointing directions to things. I was not told places need reservations to eat, couldn't find a good place to eat because of labeling and I hate asking people for help, if you had more signs your employees might not have to answer the same questions 10,000 times a day! Very disappointed in the hanging baskets that were filled with beautiful flowers, but nobody caring for them and they were dead or dying. You have beautiful grounds, that was a lot of money wasted and time planting those hanging baskets to just not water daily to care for. Someone needs to be watering daily and fertilizing them once a week! That's just my 2 cents!

Supremely beautiful historic property and grounds. Mostly great food and staff
Pros:

Room - Spacious, well appointed, clean, and comfortable
Food - Audubon: Excellent; Woody's: Adequate; Jefferson's: Delicious
Breakfast - Delicious food, decent value
Activities - Amazing, with something for everyone.

Cons:

Inconsistent service: Some staff were very hospitable and knowledgeable, others were inexperienced and awkward. Concierge and activity staff were exceptional. Some areas needed cleaning more often.

There was an issue with the payment booking.com charge me first and then the hotel charge me again after three different days in two weeks they made me the refund, besides that everything was good

Very nice historic all-in-one resort.
Pros:

At check-in, our room wasn't ready until 5:30PM (90-minute wait). However, they made up for that with a late check out so that we could enjoy the Easter festivities.

The staff was responsive, polite, and personable for the most part.

The pools were very nice.

The main dining area is better than the onsite restaurants.

Smores by the firepit.

Cons:

The check-in was a bit disorganized. They need a clear line.

Parts of the room were worn out (the drapes pulley, the electrical outlet).

Would be nice to have self-parking and more EV charging options beyond the valet service. The resort is on a large compound, so this is definitely feasible.

Pros:

The property was lovely

Cons:

The mattress and pillows were poor quality and/or old and needed to be replaced. There was no exhaust fan in our bathroom and the grout and caulk in the shower/tub needed to be replaced as it was not that it was unclean but that it had black mold in areas. Definitely, felt the grounds and historic nature of the hotel was beautiful and the staff was great; but overall we felt it was over priced.
