Pros:

La chambre était très grande, très propre, très bien équipée. Nous avons été accueillis chaleureusement (avec un cookie maison en plus). Nous avons profité du hammam et du spa.

Cons:

La salle de petit déjeuner trop petite pour accueillir les clients, et le fait que la dame était trop débordée pour nettoyer les tables entre les services.

La cama comodísima...vaya que hemos dormido como unos marqueses. El desayuno entra en el precio y para mi está bien. Está rico, suficiente para seguir el viaje y las chicas muy amables, tenian pan sin gluten y cereales sin gluten.

Quiet with all comforts and cleanliness sufficient.
Pros:

Everything was clean and well maintained. I felt comfortable in that environment. Locks and keycards access worked well. Fairly quiet. I felt safe.

Cons:

We should have asked for a main floor room as my husband had just had surgery on his knee four weeks prior to our stay. The stairs were cumbersome. That was my shortfall when booking.

Room required maintenance. Toilet ran all night, sink has drainage issues, there was no soap for sink. Pillows were abysmal

Pros:

The Filipina who was working at the front desk was very accommodating and nice. We checked in on the evening of June 16th.

Cons:

No smile from the lady who worked the next morning. And the TV remote wasn't available, but that was no big deal for us.
