Pros:

One of the staff members was fantastic (didn't get his name) but he was very vigilant in organising things for us and was very friendly. The room we had had a verandah.

Cons:

It was quite far from the centre of Palma. It is more suitable for people with cars.

Hôtel très agréable
Pros:

L'hôtel est très joli, décoré avec goût et propre (y compris dans les salles communes), la chambre est très fonctionnelle bien que pas très grande. L'emplacement est plutôt bien (nous avons presque tout fait à pied) et l'accueil y est vraiment agréable !

Cons:

Le parking est payant (11€/jour pour un terrain vague je trouve le prix un peu élevé), j'ai regretté qu'il n'y ai pas de piscine et/ou de salle de sport.
Petit bémol complètement indépendant de l'établissement : nous avons eu un couple de voisins très bruyants (engueulade violente les deux nuits), prévoyez des bouchons d'oreilles !

Para llegar al hotel se accede por varias calles cuesta arriba, aunque esta cerca del paseo maritimo la vuelta al hotel cuesta arriba se hace dificil andando.

Una estancia maravillosa! Sin duda volveremos
​A mi novio y a mí, como italianos, nos ha encantado la experiencia en este hotel. Lo que más queremos destacar es la increíble acogida por parte del personal: son súper generosos, amables y siempre tienen una sonrisa en la cara, lo cual te hace sentir como en casa desde el primer momento.
​La ubicación es fantástica. El hotel está en una zona muy accesible a pie, lo que nos permitió visitar un montón de lugares de interés sin necesidad de transporte. Además, a pesar de estar cerca de todo, nos sorprendió muchísimo la tranquilidad de los alrededores, algo que se agradece enormemente para poder descansar bien.

Cons:

Lo único que no nos gustó de nuestra estancia fue el servicio de limpieza. Entraban en la habitación demasiado temprano, incluso cuando teníamos puesto el cartel de "No molestar" en la puerta. Además, eran bastante insistentes a la hora de tocar la puerta.
​Como no sabíamos si había un horario fijo para la limpieza (para organizarnos, dejar la habitación libre y luego volver), la situación fue un poco incómoda. Sin duda, este fue el único punto negativo de nuestra experiencia.
