The staff were nice and helpful.

Cons:

The window seals need to be replaced and updated. It was hard to sleep due to being able to hear all the road noises and cars. The microwave and mini fridge had mold and mildew. The rooms’s door looked like it had been previously broken into. Although we brought our own toiletries, the one in the showers were sad. The mount was about to come off. The conditioner was nonexistent and the shampoo was completely empty. I booked this placed based on the great reviews, but was very disappointed. Thankfully the staff was nice though.

Pros:

After a long day and finding out my original hotel that I booked for my sons bmt graduation had burned and no one had notified me prior to showing up, I made some calls and found out this one is 8 mins from Luke gate. It is a great location with lots of things to do around it and many places to eat. The front staff is second to none, they made me feel at home after a long 13 hour drive and no sleep for 30+ hours. They set me up with 2 rooms and gentle man there during the evening is a very helpful and a great guy to talk to if you need knowledge of the area. The needs were great, the rooms were clean and tidy. Any trips back to San Antonio and this will be where we stay. Thank you for your hospitality.
PS if anyone reads this and stays in room 106 please post a picture of the bed tag so I know what bed I need to buy next... Please!

Pros:

Location was great ro seaworld and very close to shopping complex, walmart

Cons:

The room was not clean, mattress and sheets had stains on them and the springs in the mattress were very collapsed. The bathrooms had stains on the wall and our room didn't even have shampoo. We asked them to replace our sheets but they stated we needed to come down and get new ones instead of them delivering them to us in the room, service was horrible

Home away from home
Pros:

This was a great experience the staff was amazing. Customer service was awesome they make you feel very welcomed. The breakfast was delicious and beds felt great. I visited for my son’s military graduation. They have a lot of military families who visit this establishment. Xavier also gave superb customer service.

Ursula the receptionist was very prejudice and harassed my family for being outside in the parking lot and taking a picture while on the way to OUR car because she ASSUMED they were messing with one of the owners cars outside.

There was also urine on the bathroom floor soon as we checked into our hotel room. Very disgusting

It was a pretty decent stay and convenient for its price point.
Pros:

It was close to shopping nearby which was very convenient! The pricing was pretty good and the staff were very pleasant. They also made sure that vehicles were secured on the property.

Cons:

The only minor issues that I had were that for each night I stayed, there was a small roach that would crawl out of the outlet near my sink. Also I found that there were stains in the bedding when I first arrived, but the staff was kind enough to replace it with no issue.
