Pros:

GREAT LOCATION
Walmart, 5&Below, Ross, Lowe's, Target and many other shops all within walking distance
Cracker Barrel, IHOP and many other restaurants also within walking distance
Base access gate nearest to graduation parking lot
I loved coming back from being out all day with my Airman and trash was taken out, bed made and fresh towels daily, felt like I just checked in.
Staff is awesome and checking in was easy because I paid ahead of time.

Customer service!
Pros:

We traveled from Virginia for an Air Force graduation and needed close proximity to the base. We were 10 minutes away so it was perfect. We had to leave at 5am for the graduation ceremony and breakfast wasn’t open yet. Orlando arranged for someone to get us a couple of bananas and yogurts. That’s just great customer service!
