Impressed with lack of support trying to get early check in. Others were able to check in early and didn’t even request it. No addl charge. Room

Disorganized
Pros:

I've stayed here a few times since spring for work. The last time I stayed it seemed like the manager was on something. This time around it just seemed like the new manager didn't know what she was doing. Staff was friendly, and the rooms were very clean. Still better then the place across the street.

I only stayed one day and I didnt get any type of refund I tried to get a full refund and I got vague answers I stayed 1 day out of 4 and I didnt get any refund when I was told I would

Loved that the pool area was open late for adults!

Cons:

There wasn’t hardly any towels left in the pool area later at night. My husband and I had to share.

I began feeling ill during the drive staff was helpful upon arrival but I had to check out early.
Pros:

I was sick so The little interaction I had with staff was a very positive experience.

Cons:

I was sick I was glad the staff let me in as soon as room was available I am now in hospital so I have not checked if I was charged for second nite.

Pros:

Great location, easily accessible to get to.

Cons:

I wish they wouldn't chop up their scrambled eggs into small bite size pebbles. Hard to eat with a fork. Spoon is the best way as the crumbles do not stay on the fork.
