AC unit temperature control wasn't the best. Set temperature at 75 and had to shut it off because it never stopped cooling. Lighting was not the best.
Eggs where hard. Sausage links where hard. Not a good breakfast
The beds are most uncomfortable beds ever slept on. And the breakfast sucks
We stayed at the AmericInn by Wyndham for 3 nights during the EAA AirVenture .
The suit is old, dirty, and poorly maintained. The kitchen lights over the sink and cooking area did not work, the bathroom sink was clogged, and the oven was out of order.
The room was dark and smelled bad.
A water leak began during the night while we were asleep in the bedroom. By the time we discovered it in the morning, water was dripping directly from the ceiling light fixture in the kitchen, flooding the whole carpet.
Even though we specifically asked, during our three-night stay, the room was never cleaned or serviced. When we asked about this, they explained that the new management policy is not to provide regular room cleaning or bed-making service. Instead, housekeeping only removes the trash and provides fresh towels.
The management did not take any responsibility, we contacted Wyndham- they referred us back to the hotel management, same with Hotels.com- took no responsibility to help us but referred us back to the hotel management.

Hotel staff were pleasant. Room had a window that had lost its vacuum and was opaque. Room itself was fine and clean. Beds comfortable and hotel was quiet. We were there for 2 nights during Oshkosh AirVenture. Pricing was ridiculous for what you get. The breakfast was slightly better than standard fare, but like many hotels it wasn’t kept stocked - even though staff was checking on it. I will never understand this. One day they were out of their main items 30 minutes before close, and the other was 90 minutes before close.

I didn't like that i booked a suite with a hot tub, and there was no hot tub in my room. I also booked a separate room for a friend of mine. That was supposed to be a Queen suite. And the bed was just a full size. I complained to the front desk. And as of now, a month or more later, I have not received a phone call or email about this situation.
Great breakfast. Even had fresh fruit.
The room had an awful smell and felt run down and unclean. The pool water was cloudy and the pool room also felt unclean.

Property is getting old. Wallpaper is peeling and facilities feel rundown. Also the rooms look directly out into the parking lot so there are bright lights at night and not a lot of privacy.

Booked a suite, but was sort of substandard to other suits, although expected for the price, but still below standards for a suite. The television seemed smaller compared to others.
They guy that help us was super nice the girl receptionist seem bother by us racist

When I booked, it said 2 queens and a pullout couch. But our room only had 2 queens. When I called the front desk, he said they didn't have any rooms with couches. So booking.com got it wrong and I feel like I overpaid for a room!!
