まぁ値段を考えたらこんなものでしょう
Pros:

お手頃な値段
京都駅から近い
簡単な朝食が食べれた

Cons:

部屋の床隅から隅まで掃除機かけてあるのか不安だった
トイレ、風呂が換気してある割には匂いが気になった
ゴムパッキンに少しカビがあったのが気になりました

東南アジアのホテルに泊まったときのことを思い出しました。
Pros:

駅・コンビニからも近く、拠点とするにはとても良い立地でした。
お客様も海外の方が多いように見受けられましたが、ホテル内もとても静かでした。

Cons:

バスルームの乾燥機が効いていないのか、（バスルームの扉を閉めていても）部屋の湿度が非常に高くなってしまいます。ベットまでしっとり、窓も結露してビショビショでした。
窓を開けたり、エアコンの除湿をかけて対応しましたが、まだ少し肌寒い時期だったため、寒くなってしまいました。
