Pros:

無料の朝食がついてる。
コーヒーマシンがあり、自由に飲める
ベッドは広めだった

Cons:

使い捨てスリッパと思われるスリッパなのに使い捨てではなく、使用感たっぷりのものが置いてあったのは正直びっくりした。

部屋が臭かったのでリピートは無し。
Pros:

京都駅から徒歩圏内でとにかく安い

Cons:

部屋の中が臭かった。特に部屋に入ってすぐあたり。風呂場やエアコンがカビだらけだったのでそのせいか、それとも元喫煙室なのか？
部屋にポットが無く借りるにはフロントに行く必要があるが、その事はチェックイン時には説明は無かった。
部屋にはコーヒーやお茶は無く、紙とペンも無い。目覚まし時計も無い。
