I would definitely stay here again.
Pros:

We chose the Dom Sancho 1 because the breakfast was included in the price of our room. The price was one of the lowest. The breakfast was basic but good. Self serve little buffet style. You can choose what you want. The staff were excellent, friendly and helpful. The room was very clean. The furniture was decent.

Cons:

The AC was having a problem on our second night but it worked enough to get us through. It kept throwing a P6 code but then it would start up again. It wasn’t that much of a problem. We didn’t tell the staff until we checked out, they apologized and thanked us for telling them.

We enjoyed out stay as the location was very central and convenient.
Pros:

Mr. Victor who we met at the reception on checking in was very friendly and helpful. He gave us a room which he said was upgraded because it was overlooking the road. We expected the room however to be much bigger but it was clean so was ok for just two of us. The room service cleaning of room everyday was very good.

Cons:

Just one small lift to go to hotel which is not on the ground level but on the 2nd floor. The lift does not seem to be exclusively for the hotel but for the other floors too. Rather inconvenient if checking in with suitcases . Breakfast area was rather cramped with tiny tables and chairs too close to each other. The room was clean but too small to move around comfortably. There was very tiny wardrobe space made up with a small wooden door fitted across one corner section of the room. No iron/ironing board or kettle provided in room. No laundry service available. There was coffee maker but no coffee refills provided and these had to be bought from the hotel if needed.

Pros:

Hotel in via molto bella con negozi grandi firme. A soli 5/6 minuti a piedi fermata metro e autobus, in 15 minuti a piedi si arriva nella centralissima Piazza Rossio. Camera singola, bagno grande, pulizia ottima, cambio asciugamani giornaliero, bagno doccia, shampoo e sapone presenti. Colazione a buffet soddisfacente anche se non eccezionalmente ricca e variegata. Personale reception disponibile a dare informazioni e consigli.

Cons:

Essendo una via centrale, la sera un po' rumorosa.
