Pros:

Lokalizacja, codzienne sprzątanie pokoju. Lodówka w pokoju. Bardzo miły personel

Cons:

Mało miejsca na śniadaniu. Nieprzyjemny zapach w pokojach.

I have stayed here several times and am happy to be back all the times.
Pros:

The pillows were too hard and high - almost neck-breaking for me.

Forte déception .
Pros:

point positif : l’emplacement sur l’avenida est idéal et proche de tout .
Le personnel était agréable.

Cons:

Gros problème : La chambre était beaucoup trop vétuste et avec des équipements vieillissants (la tapisserie de notre chambre était même déchirée)
Nous étions placés dans une chambre où la blanchisserie nous réveillait le matin.
De plus, la lumière du couloir était visible au niveau de notre porte.
Des lits jumeaux conçus pour des enfants , ainsi qu’une « baignoirette » (tellement petite pour un adulte).
Une machine à café disponible dans la chambre mais pas de tasse ni de verre pour un café.

Va bene, buona soluzione.
Pros:

Accoglienza, posizione top.
Personale in struttura h24.
Doccia spaziosa.

Cons:

Letto scomodo, la finestra non chiudeva bene non isolando la camera dall'esterno.
Colazione varia ma si potrebbe migliorare.

Remain vigilant: you may find bedbugs
Pros:

The hotel is exceptionally well-located in an historic building. Our street-facing room (202) was comfortable, and the breakfast was quite adequate.

Cons:

However, it is to be hoped that they resolve their bedbug issue. We did not report this problem during the first or second day of our stay, as we initially assumed the marks were mosquito bites. When we eventually informed the staff, they stated that they would take future action, noting that this process requires closing the room for fifteen days. Although we did not request compensation, they offered us two complimentary glasses of port wine during dinner at an expensive restaurant, which we would have had to pay for ourselves. I subsequently asked whether, as an alternative, they could cover our taxi transfer to the airport. The response was negative; they indicated they could only call the taxi for us. Thanks, but no thanks. This review serves as a notice for future guests to remain vigilant from day one.

It was very pleasant.
Pros:

The room had what I was looking for, comfortable, a balcony that opened to the outside, main avenue. Very clean, small bathroom but nice! The location is great - can walk, 10 minutes to the center without worrying about transportation.

Cons:

The main entrance has a few steps to get to the elevator.

I really liked this place! I will definitely come back
Pros:

a great hotel in the heart of the city, perfect if you don't expect everything to be perfect. the staff are friendly and helpful, the historic building has beautiful interiors, and the continental breakfast is tasty with a nice Portuguese touch. I would definitely recommend it!
