Important information:

Please inform Sonder The Louie in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.
Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions.
A damage deposit of USD 400 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
After confirmation, Sonder will reach out to guests through a secure link to gather some information regarding the guest stay. Sonder may require the guest to provide a photo of their government issued photo ID. Guests will receive checkin details from property management three days prior to arrival. Pros:

A localização é muito boa, rapidamente você está circulando pelo French Quarter, fácil sair e chegar dos principais pontos da cidade, a acomodação não tem estacionamento mas vc encontra vários próximo ao apartamento, inclusive de rua.

Cons:

Pressão de água no apartamento é fraca, a acústica práticamente não existe, facilmente vc fica ouvindo a tv do apartamento ao lado. Tive um inconveniente com o chuveiro de um dos banheiros que estava quebrado o suporte da ducha, enviei msg pela plataforma mas não tive retorno.

Rooms were excellent, minor issues only.

Cons:

The shower pressure was bad and it ran out of hot water quick. Also the attached bathroom in apartment 2A had the toilet running constantly.

Amazing apartment, would stay again!
Pros:

We loved the space. It looked newly renovated with quality materials. The beds were very comfortable. High end Matouk towels and soaps, shampoos & etc from Frama that smell so good. I bring my own soaps when I travel but didn’t use them this time because The Louie supplied superb quality and plenty for our short 3 night stay.

Cons:

Elevator was broken. We were on top (3rd) floor. It was brutal to bring luggage up & down. First day, I called the contact number supplied and was told it would be fixed next day but never got fixed for entire stay. I am nearing 60 and it was difficult but place was amazing so I choose to not dwell on it.

The room was perfect but arranging for the extra room in a different hotel and our group being separated due to the elev
Pros:

The room was beautiful, well laid out, clean.

Cons:

The elevator didn't work. I had to get another room for a member of our group because she couldn't climb 3 flights of stairs. The listing did not say the elevator was out. So make sure you can haul your luggage.

Everything from the front door to the customer service we tried to get help from. HORRIBLE experience! Thank goodness Booking.com helped us or we would have been sleeping in our car. Do not deal with this place!

Comfortable place to rest with our group but the facilities allowed us to hear our neighbors on the floor a bit more tha
Pros:

It was a very comfortable space and had everything we needed. The staff was very quick to respond and deliver when we needed more towels. The ac and appliances worked well for our needs and the beds slept us all comfortably. The soaps provided in the bathrooms smelled amazing.

Cons:

The walls were just really thin so we were able to hear others staying on our floor very easily. The bathrooms didn’t seem to have vents or they at least didn’t work, so they stayed humid and stuffy after showers. The door code panels were also kind of hit-or-miss and weren’t the most intuitive or easy to use.

Great spacious apartment in a safe building, perfect for our short stay.
Pros:

Great clean and comfortable 3 bedroom apartment with everything we needed. We only stayed 1 night so didn't use any of the kitchen facilities or TV etc. Very well cleaned and toiletries were provided for us. The apartment and the building were very secure and the neighbourhood seemed safe enough, certainly more safe than some other parts of downtown New Orleans.

Cons:

Everything was better than expected, we had no dislikes.

Really great location with a spacious well equipped apartment.
Pros:

The property was great with everything you need.
Spacious and really a 10-15 minute walk to the start of Bourbon street.Lux cafe virtually across the road but the coffee making facilities in the room also great.plenty of places to eat very close by.

Cons:

Lift is very noisy and echos into rooms. Shower water pressure really poor and lacks flow.
Early check-in is ridiculously expensive and staff on the phone friendlier but little options given to travellers.no luggage storage options as no staff on site.

Schön war’s mit Abstrichen
Pros:

Die Lage ist eigentlich ganz gut. In 10-12 Minuten ist man im French Quarter. Trotzdem ist die Gegend rund um das Hotel ein bisschen schmuddelig.
Die Ausstattung ist sehr ordentlich und man kann sich wohlfühlen.

Cons:

Leider ist die sehr hellhörig. Man hört den Nachbarn daneben, den darunter und das was auf der Strasse passiert bekommt man auch live mit.

Pros:

Roomy, great in-suite bathrooms. Codes worked well, no need for anything that wasn’t provided. Beds and bedding were great.
