The bathroom shower and microwave was dirty. The fire alarm keep beeping and going off . They had wet clothes in the apt
Pros:

Bourbon was walking distance and it was shopping place and food place I loved that

Cons:

That I had pay 32.00 for 4 days straight didn’t know that I wouldn’t got a renter. Feeding the meter everyday blow me bad. Wish I was told that no paying was included or at least a one day parking fee I was ok with that .

Loud tenants and the door kept being propped open by other guest. My room was dirty and the walls are incredibly thin. i heard screaming and banging at night. There were noticeable bugs in the room as well

Great apartment, very spacious and clean!
Pros:

Location is superb, very clean and comfortable beds. Very spacious and well laid out. Very secure and safe.

Cons:

Was given the wrong code for entry so at first was stuck in the hallway. No coffee even though there was a coffee machine. The washer drier was full. Hard to find towels.

OVERALL I requested a refund for the room as I left within 15 minutes of the stay.
Pros:

The 3 bedroom was spacious and look clean; however there were ants crossing the threshold when I arrived to the room. Inside everything appeared to be clean and organized.

Cons:

When we arrived early there was no attendant so we weren’t able to store baggage until we got confirmation to check in that really suck for people traveling and arrive early. Then we left to find refuge in the 107 degree weather and couldn’t get back in to grab my wallet and cup.. Returned to the hotel at 2 o’clock once the code came in and both were gone and the cleaning person could not really speak English stated she saw nothing… Went into the room I saw ants and then the biggest issue was NO AIR my watch read 80 degrees for the room I was standing in…….

Location great!! The apartment was very spacious love that it had 3 bathrooms
We stayed in 5 bedroom... we love it
We will definitely book again!! WE REALLY ENJOYED OUR GIRLS TRIP

Make this your last resort, or don't do it
Pros:

I like the size of the apartment. It was close to the French Quarter.

Cons:

I didn't like that there was no parking. There were roaches in the refrigerator. I made several calls to the property manager, and he did nothing about our concerns.

This property is so charming. The pics don’t do it any justice. It’s absolutely gorgeous and stunning. The rooms were spacious and comfy. It was very modern and sleek. The facility is safe and secure.

T I didn’t like anything after I had to purchase items that ruined the trip. If they wasn’t gonna provide anything, it should have been stated.

his was a horrible experience. We had to buy our own toilet tissue and had to buy washing powder to wash towels because they did not bring more towels as they stated they would. I never could get in touch with anyone for anything that was needed for the place, but the fact that I had to buy Things that should have been in there was very disappointing. Also, I have never had to wash my own towels for them to say that this is a hotel and it was not no one was ever on duty. Just floors were very slippery when you get out of the shower. I almost broke my neck. I called every day left messages. I even email for someone to respond back to me about us getting some type of discount and no one has responded yet. I will not stay or recommend this place ever again.

The inside of the place was fantastic, i would definitely stay there again.
Pros:

The feel of the room, it felt like a home not a vacation spot.

Cons:

The location was a little busier than I like but being New Orleans, a party city, it was expected. Iwould recommend to families with older children. Mine fit the mold well enough but anyone under 11/12, depending on the maturity level, not a good idea. But my family had a great time and stay.

Good space and location for large groups.
