Very comfortable
Pros:

Location being so close to the motorway makes for an easy find.

Breakfast was more than sufficient and tasted like good quality. Great value as built into the price .

Lovely hotel with lovely staff!
Pros:

Great little hotel. Nice clean and well appointed rooms. Lovely free hot breakfast. Car parking. Staff were all lovely and really helpful and friendly. Definitely would stay again.

Cons:

Rooms are pretty basic and in need of an update. I was a single female travelling alone and was placed on the ground floor. Other than the staff, I felt like the only female in this place as it seemed to be full of male contractors.

Pros:

We arrived friday afternoon 21st Feb. There were two young ladies (one was Beth), sorry I didn't get the other name. But they were both excellent. Friendly and helpful and just so delightful to deal with so a big shout out to them both. The breakfast was pretty good. Croissants were a bit tough. But overall great. We had our lovely dog Bella with and the hotel accommodated for her too. My only complaint is that the room was too hot. I tired to reduce the tempreture on the thermostat but it didn't work. Everything else was fab.

Bed was huge which was lush

Cons:

Not necessarily the hotels problem , but the weather was particularly bad which meant the car park spaces were partially flooded, I guess due to it being slanders just poor design originally, but an inconvenience when there are minimal spaces

Good experience, good staff, good hotel, good food.
Pros:

Breakfast was perfect, full English or cereal and toast. Staff were very helpful. Any issues or questions, they were there to answer.

Cons:

Room was very clean and comfortable. Black out curtains and very quiet.

Bad and poor customer service , poor breakfast and hair dryer was not working , poor communication and customer handling

I had a very disappointing experience during my stay. The team leader on the night shift was extremely rude and arrogant. They asked for an additional £100 for an extra guest, were unhelpful, avoided eye contact, and even used inappropriate language. This level of service was completely unacceptable.
