Pros:

Llegamos antes de la hora del checkin y nos permitieron acceder a las habitaciones. A las afueras el hotel no se ve increíble, pero cuando entras a la habitación te sorprendes, baños muy limpios, iluminados, con buenos closet, la cama deliciosa, se duerme muy bien. Tiene escritorio para trabajar, que es bastante cómodo.
En general muy buen hotel, y la habitación que es lo más importante es de muy buena calidad, bastante espaciosa, con balcón e iluminada. De hecho, regresaremos en unos días. Gracias.

Cons:

Todo me gustó, incluiría un café un poco más fuerte, pero pues soy de Colombia y a lo mejor por eso siento el café diferente

Coffee maker and water in the room which were both refilled daily. Good location walking distance to a lot of main city attractions.

Cons:

No way to refill water in the hotel (instead of using loads of plastic), we weren't offered breakfast or told whether there was a restaurant, the gym wasn't great (some machines broken, no water, really dusty).

Mal puntaje para booking hice una reserva para dos personas en la App y al momento de hacer el check in figuraba para una con un valor ilógico de una habitación para un solo adulto, más de una hora en el teléfono con booking y NO RESOLVIÓ pésimo servicio al cliente. El hotel “resolvió”. En cuanto al hotel del baño salía un olor horrible todo el tiempo.

Excellent central location and comfortable bed, minor bathroom maintenance issues with shower drain.
Pros:

My stay at Exe Suites Reforma was honestly a very pleasant surprise. The location is absolutely unbeatable — extremely central and just three streets away from El Ángel de la Independencia. Everything felt within walking distance. There are so many great restaurants, cafés, and things to do right around the hotel, which made the entire experience feel effortless and convenient.

One thing I really appreciated was that they did not require a deposit at check-in. That made the arrival process smooth and stress-free. The staff was efficient and everything felt very straightforward.

The bed was exceptionally comfortable. I travel often and I can say this was one of the better hotel beds I’ve slept on. On top of that, the blackout curtains were excellent. They were thick enough to completely darken the room, even in the morning. If you value good sleep while traveling, this place absolutely delivers.

Overall, the room was comfortable, the location was perfect, and it felt like a great value for the area. I would definitely consider staying here again when visiting Mexico City.

Cons:

Overall the stay was good, but there were a couple of maintenance issues in the bathroom that should be addressed.

The shower drainage was partially clogged, which caused water to accumulate during use. At one point, the water even began to flow outside the shower area and onto the bathroom floor. While not catastrophic, it was inconvenient and could easily be fixed with proper maintenance.

Additionally, the shower head appeared to be broken at the back. When turned on, water sprayed from both the front and the back portion, which reduced water pressure and made it less comfortable to use.

These issues were relatively minor and did not ruin the stay, but they are details that should be resolved to maintain the overall quality of the property.

Excelente ubicación y gran hotel
Pros:

Ubicación estratégica, el hotel estaba a 1 cuadra de mi lugar de trabajo. Habitación espaciosa y con buenos espacios para guardar cosas.

Cons:

Muebles ya viejos, habitación oscuras y con muy poca luminosidad.
