Hotel sobrevalorado es apenas un 2 estrellas

No es un hotel 5 estrellas, pero la ubicación es excelente
Pros:

Lo mejor del hotel, sin duda, es su excelente ubicación. Está perfectamente situado, lo que facilita muchísimo el traslado y el acceso a los puntos de interés de la zona. El personal también fue amable durante la estancia.

Cons:

El hotel está listado como una propiedad de 5 estrellas, pero la realidad es que está muy lejos de cumplir con ese estándar. El gimnasio necesita mantenimiento urgente, ya que los equipos se notan un poco deteriorados y desgastados. Por otra parte, el desayuno es bastante regular y básico; para la categoría que presume el hotel, uno esperaría una oferta gastronómica de mucha mayor calidad y variedad.

Comodidad en la Reforma
Pros:

La gente en recepción muy amable, y la cocinera Ivón dándonos cada día algo nuevo de comer, para conocer mejor a México. Muchos hoteles dan siempre lo mismo, aquí no!

Pros:

Vamos por partes. El 1 es lo peor y el 10 lo mejor. Desayuno 9. Habitación 10. Zonas comunales (No aplica y ellos comunican que no tienen). Ubicación 10. Cosas que hacer cerca 10. Transporte 10. Amabilidad del personal de recepción 7, de cocina 8, de aseo (no hablamos).

Cons:

Lo único es que el personal de recepción puede ser mas amable, hacerlo sentir a uno en su casa con una sonrisa, pero son muy serios. De resto nos sentimos muy bien.

Overall a nice place to stay, especially if a guest plans to use public transportation.
Pros:

Location: convenient to public transportation, on a side street which was not too busy and felt safe. I liked the bathroom layout allowing someone to shower while another person uses the sink. The front desk staff were helpful and checked our luggage before the room was ready.

Cons:

There were no bath towels in the room when we checked in, and we had to request them. In addition, there were no washcloths available. The shower floor was slippery, with a risk of falling (we didn't).

Pros:

Great room, very quiet although close to one of the main streets. Very easy to get to anywhere, especially with uber as they always seemed to pool around that location (never had to wait longer that 5 minutes).
Plenty of water in the room and good bathroom with toiletries

Cons:

Breakfast was very hit and miss. Fruit and pancakes were great but one of the pastries already had a mold spot on them - so I skipped those.
