Cons:

Elevador. Muita gente para pouco elevador e ele só vai em uma direção. Academia pequena, muito lotada e poucos aparelhos. Sauna muito pequena. Club com poucas opções saudáveis, muuuuuito doce 🤢 almoço só com sanduíches. Janta, termina às 19:00. Quem em um viagem janta esse horário? Cada passeio dura 2,5 horas só de ida e volta. Não tem como jantar no horário.

Hotel en remodelación, logistica temporal por mejorar
Pros:

Hotel clásico, buen wellness center

Cons:

El hotel está en remodelación y no lo indican al momento de la reserva. Están operando con espacios provisionales. No tiene el ambiente de un Ritz Carlton.
Durante la noche continúan trabajos, limpieza y movimiento de muebles. Lo cual lamentablemente sucedió en el espacio sobre mi habitación.

Pros:

Las instalaciones estuvieron ok, el gimnasio estuvo bien completo, con agua/gatorade complementario y toallas. Las máquinas eran las justas pero buenas.

Cons:

Desafortunadamente el lobby estaba en recosntrucción así que la entrada no estaba tan cómoda, mucha gente y poco espacio. El wifi funcionaba regular.

Automatic tipping for bad service
Pros:

Staff varied from disinterested to rude. Breakfast buffet is poor - the egg station is good though. Bar service is non-existent and to make it worse we were charged another room's drinks. Tips are added to everything you do - it doesn't appear on your bill to sign for - it is taken from your credit card automatically! Room is OK only, nothing like RCs I have stayed in elsewhere. Overall a great disappointment.
