Pros:

Beautiful clean hotel located near all the restaurants and bars. Fresh cookies every day. The rooms were very nice sized and offered on American outlet near the desk! Also the air conditioning was AMAZING! We were there during the extreme heat wave at the end of Iune and it was greatly appreciated

Cons:

The hotel entrance is down an alley way so when we called a taxi they often tried to pick us up at the restaurant in the front of the hotel. Also it is a very busy area.

Nice break for our Golden Wedding Anniversary.
Pros:

The breakfast were very good on quality and excellent choice, everything was cooked to a high standard.

Cons:

The toilet seat in our room was loose and needed to be put right, I reported it at reception and was told the maintainence man wasn’t available, this was on the first day of our stay. I’m afraid it was not put right and remained loose when we checked out 3 days later. Very disappointing that the problem wasn’t put right.

Great hotel in a perfect location for Dublin
Pros:

The location was perfect. The room had plenty of storage, both drawers and shelves. Breakfast food was fantastic and you could order extras like pancakes on top of the buffet. The staff were very helpful

Cons:

In order to order food at breakfast, you have to order with a server. It didn’t seem to matter what time I went to breakfast there were never any servers. So I had to wait a while before I could order made to order breakfast. Not a problem unless you’re in a hurry

Location, facilities, staff - all great!.Would stay again in a heartbeat.
Pros:

Excellent location for restaurants, pubs and sites (museums, tours, etc.) Everything you need for a night or a weeklong stay.

Cons:

Hotel entry is behind the restaurant in the alleyway. On first arrival, a bit hard to sort out.

A great hotel to discover Dublin from. Would recommend
Pros:

Location was excellent. Breakfast had a wide choice of hot and cold food. Room was a good size with a reasonable amount of space. Staff were very efficient, polite and friendly.

Cons:

Bed comforters too short and too thick. Even with AC at the lowest they were too hot. Unfortunately made for an intermittent sleep.
