Pros:

Bed was clean and very comfortable

Cons:

Hallways are dirty and smell, noticed alot of open room doors and one lady was carrying what looked like a pot of food down the hall.

En général j'aime cet établissement. Je viens loger aux deux semaines chez vous (traitement au GLEN). Un prix spécial pour plusieurs visites est a envisager. merci

Cons:

Je n'aime pas être du côté du boulevard Décarie. C'est beaucoup trop bruillant. Le stationnement devrait être inclus dans le prix de la chambre.(suggestion)

Cons:

Cleanliness.
Your room service have to improve to clean rooms. I stayed 2 weeks and they only emptied the garbage, changed the towels, and refilled the coffee and plastic cups,and soaps.

No restaurant for lunch or dinner.

Overall disappointed by front desk staff and the fact we had to pay for parking
Pros:

Location was good for what we needed

Cons:

Upon arrival the front desk person greeted us with a rude attitude. We were then checked in and given incorrect instructions for getting to our room which resulted in us lugging 3 suitcases up an unnecessary set of stairs. I am 30 weeks pregnant so this was not ideal. We were trying to go to bed that night and the room next door had a guest speaking very loudly on their phone. We tried calling the front desk a bunch of times over 10 min and no one answered. Eventually we called the room next door ourselves to ask them to keep their noise down. We were also disappointed that we had to pay for parking when the renovations in the hotel meant we had to access our room via a staircase. Would have been nice for the front desk to comp the parking as a sorry for the inconvenience
