Overall it was a great stay!
Pros:

Location was great! Super close to everything we needed! Everything was really clean, staff were friendly and helpful, beds were comfy!

Pillows were way too soft

Breakfast good, but the dining area was a bit congested. I would say you could expand that area to accommodate all your guests.

Pros:

Balcony was ok. I didn't care for anything else. Overall grade = D. .......................................................................................................................................................................................

Cons:

Room was dated and expensive! Could hardly get luggage around the turn in our "suite". Overall feel of the room and property was gross. Would have stayed elsewhere given the choice. Nothing at all positive to say about this property.

Pros:

My third stay here. I live in Castle Rock. It’s just an occasional “Stay Vacation” getaway for me. The beds are comfy. The rooms and facility are super clean. My favorite hotel in Castle Rock to stay at.

Cons:

Only grudge was maybe dial down the temperature on the hot tub a bit? Not boiling lobsters in there. Others made the same comment. 100 to 104 would be nice? Maybe heat the ice cold pool just a touch?
