Au niveau confort tout était bien, malgré une coupure d'électricité

Cons:

Je n'ai pas apprécié, le fait que le serveur du mardi soir ne m'ait pas dit qu'il y avait un menu spécial quand on avait le dîner compris dans le prix. Heureusement que le serveur du mercredi soir a tout arranger car je me serais retrouvé avec une facture démesuré. Je n'ai pas apprécié qu'en 2026, il n'y ai toujours pas de personnel qui parle français et que les menus ou les consignes de sécurité ne soit pas écrite en plusieurs langues. L'anglais n'est pas une langue exclusive.

Lovely hotel, good location.
Pros:

Room was fine as I was travelling alone, on a single bed was a little uncomfortable would have been better if a little larger size. Bathroom was fine and clean. Locality was perfect as easy to get to my meetings.

Cons:

The people next door were very close and disturbing throughout the night and banging doors. I could hear their conversations in my room so I had to be mindful I didnt disturb them when i was on my phone. Rooms are too close together and the stairs were difficult with bags.

Great welcome, room had everything I needed and even got a warm cookie on arrival!

Cons:

It was noisy outside - I had a ground floor room so not sure if that was more noisy than a higher level.

Cons:

We had room number 311. Just outside our bedroom there is a small flight of stairs, these are not carpeted, therefore we heard every person who came up and down these stairs at all times, it is very noisy. We were woken and disturbed by other patrons who came back into the hotel at 3am, as they appeared to "fall" up their stairs/were very noisy traversing up the stairs. My feedback would be to get these stairs carpeted.
