הריהוט ישן מאוד .רק השירותים חודשו לשביעות רצוננו.
Really can't say enough about how well this location worked for me on a 7 day trip to London. The key is it sits between two Tube stations, one block off of Oxford Street. and two blocks away from Hyde Park. From there you can cover the whole of West London, which is all the interesting parts. We strolled down through Hyde Park to Buckingham palace, walked the length of Oxford, and took the Tube everywhere else. There was food around galore. Just a few blocks to the west is the start of the Middle Eastern restaurant district, but we actually more frequented Selfridges and Marks and Spencers department stores which are both a few blocks east and have good food courts, especially Selfridges which is well worth a visit. Pretty much every afternoon I had chai at Roti and Chai, an Indian restaurant within view of the entrance of the hotel. The hotel itself is quite tasteful and clean, and compared to say staying in San Francisco or New York I found the price quite OK. Shoutout to Iskander one of the concierge's, always polite and helpful, but the whole staff were great to deal with. If I am going back to London, I'm heading right back there.

The welcome was good
I didn't like to be asked to pay £50 extra. Yes they said they will return it. When I checked out there was no confirmation that it is paid back. It made me feel uncomfortable. I wish you can improve on that.
Amazing, friendly and ever helpful staff. Each and everyone
Nothing
Great location to walk into town. Checked in via the app, but room wasnt ready when we arrived at 3pm, reception advised they would upgrade room, but didnt feel it was any superior to the one I booked. Also over charged when checking out, had to speak to team to rectify
The location is great. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was good.
