I booked a 6-night breakfast and dinner package, but the food experience was highly disappointing due to undisclosed restrictions:
Breakfast: Very little variety. Fried eggs are the only made-to-order option included; everything else incurs an extra charge.
Dinner: The menu is incredibly limited, and guests are strictly restricted to only two options.
None of these limitations were clearly stated on Booking.com at the time of reservation. Would not recommend the dining packages.
Perfect location, clean room and amazing team. Especially martina at the check in, made everything easy and comfortable. The breakfast was good as well.
I don’t know why this hotel only gets a 3.8 rating. We found the hotel to be ideally situated as it was literally around the corner from the Marble Arch underground station, and close to good shopping in the area. The rooms were more than adequate. Not fancy, but the beds and pillows were comfortable, there was ample storage space, and the bathroom appeared to be recently renovated.
The staff was outstanding particularly Nathaline, Shubham, Yash, Maroun, and Vivek. They took good care of us at check-in, at breakfast each morning with freshly prepared eggs, and with directions when needed.
I would absolutely stay here again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Hilton Doubletree at Marble Arch. All of the staff were superb; the doorman and reception team who greeted us on our arrival, the staff looking after the restaurant at breakfast and the bar later in the day and the hotel cleaning staff, without except all of you were extremely friendly and helpful to us as being consummate professionals. The hotel and all of its facilities were very clean and our room was a good size for hotel that is in an old existing building in the heart of London.
