Staff the second day was nice and accommodating.
The staff was rude and not understanding, the pool was not open on a holiday weekend.
The room was clean. It was quiet. It's in a good location. The staff were nice. Easy parking. Kitchenette in room.
Breakfast food was almost gone at 8:30 and there wasn't that much to choose from. I think the mattress may need to be replaced as it wasn't that comfortable. The whole building has a musty or moldy smell in it, especially the lobby area.
Very clean and the only interaction was a check in lady for about 3 min then didn’t see her .
The woman who prepared breakfast for everyone was awesome she definitely was on top of things very sweet .
Barely seen anyone so not sure thats normal now-days
Our room was clean. The pool and gym were great. And when we asked for a breakfast refill just 10 minutes before closing, we were happily accommodated. All for a discount price!
I constantly travel for work, this is by far one of the best hotels in the entire state and I have been to nearly every one state wide!
All of the above. Just surprised no cost incentive was offered such as saving with AAA.
Stephanie was kind and helpful on the phone and at check-in. Breakfast was pretty good by this level of hotel standards. Bathrooms were clean. Overall pretty comfy. Convenient to a supermarket and several restaurant options as well as downtown Austin.
Staff was great, very friendly and welcoming even in the middle of the night
Slightly dated rooms
Breakfast was very poor. No fruit No yogurt No cartons of milk eggs were terrible No bread
The clerk at check in was very polite and informative. She made sure we knew what all the amenities were. The lounge at night is add bonus especially for people who like to have a social drink at their hotel. Pool looked very inviting but we didn't bring our swim suites . Yes we would stay again. We have family in area.and like to connect with them. And I enjoy staying at a clean beautiful hotel. So keep up with those standers and you'll get our return.
The shower head does need some work
The pressure isn't the greatest and the trim inside needs some paint. Rusty.
The bed was quite soft and there was a strange odor in the bathroom when we arrived. Did not see a microwave in the breakfast area to make oatmeal, but the eggs and sausage were good so didn't need to make oatmeal. A great variety of breakfast selections.
Good night's stay. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Breakfast was good with eggs, sausage, potatoes, waffles, and numerous cold items. Staff was very friendly. We will stay here again!
Romm wasn't well cleaned. Found leftover drink from the previous guest in the freezer and under the bed. Sofa bed cushions were dirty.
I was driving cross country and hoping to drive longer into the night, but my eyes started fluttering from fatigue. So, it was time to find a place to grab a few hours sleep. I pulled into the Cobblestone just past midnight and wandered inside to inquire about a room (I’m old school). The desk gal was very nice and efficient. She put me in a room on the ground floor, which I appreciated. Pretty sure I was asleep before my head hit the pillow and I slept six hours straight. Then another for good measure. Pretty much a record for this old insomniac. The bed was so comfortable with plenty of pillows, and the temp was a perfect 65 with the fan whirring. Zero complaints. I’m not a breakfast eater, but there was a nice breakfast room as well.
