The hotel was the perfect location for our wonderful vacation in McCall.
Pros:

Very clean and great location

Cons:

Elevators would be helpful. Pool was dark and a bit sad. Shower door was awkward the way it opened into the tiny bathroom area.

Okay to just have a place to stay but very disappointed.
Pros:

The breakfast was basic but well stocked. The quality of coffee and food was very generic and I'd rather pay less and go out to eat somewhere with decent quality food.

Cons:

We smelled an overpowering cleaner and had to open the windows to the freezing rooms to get it aired out. My elderly mother was very cold. It's summer and they had chilled the rooms to frigid.
We had stayed here before and been pleased but something is really off in the smell and the atmosphere of this place. Also they place was very empty but they crowed everyone into one wing of rooms making it noisy above and on the side of the hotel where there is major construction on the street. We had wanted to treat our family but this was depressing. Very bland, sterile, weird smell and not a pleasant stay.

Somewhat frustrating
Pros:

Clean, comfortable

Cons:

Fronr desk staff was flustered and somewhat curt. She was alone and it was busy. We had an issue with our booking. When the booking agent was trying to call her, she wouldnt take the call, kept putting him on hold. Could benefit from customer service and multitasking instruction.

Pros:

Larger double queen room super clean and very comfortable friendly and accommodating staff. Walking distance to everything

Cons:

The only thing I didn't care for is that our room was part of connecting rooms and we could hear the people in the other suite very clearly. Other than that a great place.

Pros:

The bathroom shower was new as well as the bathroom counter, sink & faucet, which was very nice. The bed was comfortable and clean.The continental breakfast was nice with quite a few choices. The location was just a few blocks from the waterfront of Payette Lake, which was conveniet.

Cons:

The way that the shower door opened drained water on the floor. The pillows.on the bed were too small. The couch was worn out and not comfortable.
