Great location, very clean! Reasonable pricing. Very comfortable!
The customer service was excellent,
Pool and hot tub was crowded. Room service cleaning was unavailable due to busy weekend.
I liked that they had 3 queen beds and the room was big enough to accommodate my family. I also liked that they had a pool and hot tub after a long day out to relax. The breakfast wasn't so bad either.
It smelled like cigarette smoke as soon as I walked into the building and the decor and carpet were old. The receptionist wreaked of alcohol and looked drunk as she was checking me in. The cleanliness wasn't so great and the bed was very uncomfortable.
La alberca
El desayuno y no servía la lavanderia
The tripple suite was nice and spacious and the beds were comfortable. Love they had fans available in the rooms. Kids got to feed the deer family bread from the dining room for breakfast
We didn't know the hotel was not ADA capadable. That the Tripple suites are only available on the 2nd floor which is only accessible by stairs. When I said are you serious, he sarcastically said it's only 20 steps like my disability is that bad. Being it was the 1st weekend of the winter carnival, we couldn't have canceled or found other accommodations at that cost an arm and a leg. Also the bathroom door would only lock with the door open, never when u needed it closed
Very clean comfortable room with microwave and refrigerator and tv
Nothing
Clean and breakfast area was spaciousness and staff did an excellent job keeping tables clean and serving areas stocked.
Mattress was too soft
Location is awesome. Walkable to just about everything. But far enough from downtown that its quieter than right in the center of town. I loved that we were surrounded by woods and could see them outside our window. Breakfast was awesome, a great array of different things. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Our visit was near Christmas time, so the lobby felt extra cozy and festive.
Breakfast was good
Pool has so much chlorine, that our bathing suits changed colors.
There were three beds and they were fairly comfortable. There was a working heater and two tv's. The facility was clean. There was ice water in the lobby.
The bathroom didn't have an exhaust fan. The pool was facing windows to the outside, not providing any privacy. The facility is worn and the breakfast was very minimal - cottage cheese, fruit, and boiled eggs. That's it.
Super polite and accommodating staff!! Location
Had to switch rooms tv in both super spotty with clarity. Once heater turned on had musty smell in both. Switched roomed due to water coming up between tiles in first bathroom
Rooms are clean and comfortable. We usually really enjoy our.
The only protein that was served with breakfast was eggs. It was disappointing because I am allergic. We ended up going somewhere else for breakfast instead. Also we asked for a late check out and were given a long explanation on why they don’t want us to do that. Babbled on about summer customers and didn’t give us an answer. I stood there confused and said is that a no? Could have just said no or told us the price, but instead poorly explained logistics of how a hotel works.
