Had a great stay
Pros:

The hot tub and pool were great, didn’t have an obnoxious chlorine smell. Room was clean, and good size.

Cons:

Breakfast was just cereal, pastries, hard boiled eggs and fruit.

I would not stay again.

The washer and dryer did not work properly, which had me up all night, trying to dry clothes which I ended up having to go across the street to the laundromat and dry this morning. They sell laundry soap at the front desk, but they have been out for quite a while the clerk said… there was sand and pinecones in the washer that I had to clean out prior to washing my clothes without soap and just hot water…
They advertised a breakfast, but then I go in there and they said on the weekends they only do the hot breakfast so there’s only cereal and pastries. You could warm up and yogurt and milk.
They said they stopped doing full breakfast because people were stealing it out the back door.
Also, I’m a handicapped and I asked for a lower floor which they should’ve had available but I was told they didn’t I have enough people to get the bottom rooms clean from the weekend. So I had to stay upstairs, which was difficult.
The outside trash cans are overflowing And there’s very little security cameras anywhere in this establishment.
I was not very easy about parking my truck with all my gear in it and my side-by-side outback for the night knowing there’s no cameras.
There’s a lot of options to stay in Mcall for about the same price give or take. I hope that they get it together because they’re letting this property be rundown.

Just ok this time.
Pros:

It’s close to town, The Mill, has a pool, hot tub and breakfast! With that said the beds are extremely hard and what happened to regular normal pillows. My husband and I didn’t sleep very well at all. It also would have been nice to check in our room before 3pm. Otherwise it was a good stay.

Cons:

Check in at 3pm not earlier at all. No budging by 2 hrs. 😞 the bed was extremely and uncomfortable, pillows way too small and hard.
