Tara in food services was pleasant to talk to.

Cons:

H-VAC wall unit as the loudest we have ever experienced!! Woke us up throughout the night when it kicked in. The room had a dusky, dank smell, so we had to keep it on.

Very loud at night
Cons:

The H-VAC wall unit was the loudest I have ever experienced. Lousy night trying to sleep-- kept getting woken up by the sudden noise when the A/C kicked in.

Pros:

very clean everywhere. Nice breakfast with lots of perks, clean breakfast room. Comfortable beds, big rooms, clean bathrooms, Nice big flat screen TV and Refrig. Pool and Jacuzzi very clean also.

We didn’t actually stay because our reservation couldn’t be found by the front desk employee.
Cons:

Unfortunately when we called about our reservation the person working wasn’t able to find it, even with the booking.com confirmation and receipt. We ended up making reservations somewhere else and we were not refunded for the room reservation. Just be careful with the 3rd party platforms!
