Wir kommen nun zum 5. mal ins Best Western Abbey. Das Hotel ist gepflegt, Frühstück lässt keine Wünsche offen. Pool wunderbar zum entspannen. Das Personal sehr zuvorkommend, freundlich. Die Lage ist super und st George ist einfach herrlich.

If you’re looking for a place in St. George that truly makes you feel at home, the Abbey Inn is it! What really sets them apart is the heart they put into their service—they honestly put the guest first in every way. While the walls are a bit thin (you might hear a neighbor or two), the pros totally outweigh that one minor detail. We loved the delicious breakfast and the easy access to everything, but it’s the wonderful people working there that make this our absolute go-to destination.

SEWER GAS in bathroom! Stinky and UNHEALTHY! Stink coming from bathtub. Closed drain hole. Still GROSS! Immature front desk staff. Engaged in everything but doing their jobs. Seemed like we interrupted their conversation. Ridiculously loud music in lobby.

The icky smell was the worst, and we felt like the staff would not understand what we wanted to tell them, and would not be conveyed to anyone who could do anything about it. SUPER GROSS!!

The room was very clean, great location. I didn't hear loud or disturbing people in the halls. The bed was very comfortable. The pool and hot tub were very relaxing. The full breakfast was exceptional. So many delicious options including custom made to order omelets. Thank you for a wonderful stay. I would highly recommend!!

I have always liked Abbey Inn in Cedar City so I elected to stay at the Abbey Inn in St. George hoping it would be the same. I booked the room for Saturday and the price seemed fair. When I needed to stay on Friday, I called and arranged for another day. No mention was made that the cost would be nearly twice as much. I fell when I entered near the front door and dislocated my little finger. I got up and bleeding entered the building. They were kind when they checked me into the motel. I signed nothing and was again not told my Friday night cost would be nearly twice as much then my Saturday cost. The room itself was nothing special. Not like Cedar City. The stay was okay and the breakfast was good with fresh fruit. I did not go down to check out. I sent my daughter because I was still in pain. No mention of the total, but as we were driving home, I discovered the huge cost for the extra day, and I was so angry that no one had told me. I called of course and mentioned to the manager that neither of the hot tub were working which was disappointing and no one had given me the cost of the second day. After much talk she agreed to lower the total to an amount I thought I could accept. It has been weeks now and there has been not credit to my account. Very unprofessional. I would not ever stay here again.
