Checked in 8/19 room 135 beds were made floor was not swept for the 6 days we were there.rooms were to be cleaned every other day, it was cleaned every 3 days. There was a Snell, yes I said Snell that greeted me the day I ckecked in until the day I checked out 8/25. Talked to management and they did not even offer a room change or anything. I was told that I could not get monetary funds, I never asked for that. Needless to say Spark Transit road Lockport Ny gets 0.
The updates in the hotel are very nice and modern & Clean 5 stars..
I'd stay again, however I wish you had a hot breakfast like the Hampton Inn Hotel by Hilton
For a hotel having the Hilton family name it definitely lacked updated landscaping & paved parking lot. 0 stars
I booked through booking.com. I was ALLOWED TO PAY ONLINE WITH CASH APP but the actual hotel location didn’t allow Cash App debit cards. It did NOT say that online. I had NO other way to pay. It wouldn’t let me cancel, I couldn’t change or edit my payment method to pay online. So myself, my wife, and 9 yr old slept in our small car for the night. Then saw the next morning you guys took my LAST $168 because I didn’t stay in the room BECAUSE YOU WOULDNT TAKE MY PAYMENT METHOD. You guys are scum and should be ashamed of yourselves.

Reasonable rates, clean hotel, clean pool area.
I checked in @10:30pm with a reservation. The guy at check in I thought was high. What I found out was that he has been working 14hrs and was tired. He spent 5min hitting keys and apologizing for taking long. The new guy punched in and helped him. First room, keys did not work two times. He says i will use my key and get you in a room. Second room, not cleaned and beds not made. Third room nice but guy said I will slide keys under your door and never does. Oh, and in the morning front door was broken and I had to leave by side door. Stayed 3nights and my room was never cleaned. The breakfast area is not great food or choices and was not kept clean. Just not a great stay as I hoped.
People drink and lighting off fireworks and blasting music for 12 hrs straight, several calls to management and nothing changed. Drugs and marijuana smell permeated the hallway.

Very noisy, hand soap was unavailable in room. Smell of weed very noticeable. Just didn't care for the place.
The location was good. Soaps were good. Continental breakfast was good, but orange juice was too watered down. Should have a microwave to heat danishes and maybe add toast and jelly.
When we got there, there was no air conditioner in the room, had to change.rooms. Went to new room, was not ready, had to wait another twenty minutes and this was at 4:30 pm. Garbage can that was in hallway was overfilled for a whole day. They need more!! Fire alarm went off at 11:15 PM. And nobody come to our hall to tell us to evacuate, or if it was okay.

Most staff members were friendly and courteous.
Although our room cleanliness was good, the halls, hall carpets, elevator area was not the cleanest and had a bad odor. A bottle cap was on the floor outside the elevator in the evening and still there the next morning. I’m sure numerous staff would have had to walk by and ignore it. We stayed 4 nights. Bath towels and one hand towel was replaced on day 3 which was great, but no clean wash cloths were left, so we had no wash cloths for the last day of stay.
