Great location in downtown Tulsa
The breakfast and location were good. The staff were very nice and accommodating.
I didn't like the noise the AC unit made in room 704. that needs to be addressed asap. i couldnt sleep for 2 nights. then finally moved to 1004 on the 3rd day.
I chose this hotel after not being able to book a room at the Mayo but glad for it. The location of the Hyatt Place Hotel is perfect. It's right across the street from some of the buildings we visited on the "Art Deco Tour" during my stay. So much is within walking distance - the Art District, great eateries for breakfast, lunch and dinner, wine bars, etc. As for the hotel, it was easily navigable in all respects - everything easy to find, clean and all in good order.
I had an exceptionally awesome room - great city view and the most comfortable bed, which I plopped down on and woke up on six hours later - without having moved an inch.
The gym was on the smaller side and, aside from a full range of dumbbells, was sparsely fitted. I liked the hotel so much am thinking of sending them a more stable adjustable bench, maybe two.

Location, cleanliness, breakfast was great, Room was set to a chilling 65° but I rather a cold room I can adjust than a room with a bad ac.
Only parking available is street parking or $28 daily valet parking. Street parking is $1 per hour mon -fri 8am to 5pm. Weekends and weekdays after 5pm are free.
Very nice bar, but just order a beer. They have limited inventory at the bar and cant make a long list of drinks.
The Hyatt Place in downtown Tulsa is amazing 😍 the room was clean and updated. The shower was FANTASTIC 🤩! Mostly Katie at the front desk was the star of the show 😁 she made the process seamless from making the reservation to checkout. She is very knowledgeable and her customer service is right on. She even introduced me to the world of Hyatt rewards program. Thank you to the entire team at this hotel. We will most definitely be returning SOON 😁

Valet charge for parking
Location in the heart of downtown & all the pretty art deco buildings. Walk to lots of restaurants nearby. The breakfast was top tier!
Parking situation was a bit confusing but we eventually came back around the block and found the valet.
Computers were down when we got there but staff remained calm, friendly, and did their best to accommodate everyone. It was also storming when we arrived so considering the weather they did their best to keep everyone comfortable and updated on situation. Once fixed no issues during stay.

Great price for a nice room. Large and roomy. Remotes to TVs and a safe in the rooms. Iron in the closet. Toiletries available in room, along with coffee pot and accessories. Breakfast had lots of options and was good all around. The area of town seemed to be okay, although we're not from the area, so not totally sure. We didn't get out after dark. The front desk staff were friendly, although one young lady told us about a Mexican restaurant next door to the Dollar General, when there was not even a Mexican restaurant in town - only a Mexican store. Not sure where she came up with that. But overall, the stay was pleasant, and we were very happy with the room.
Two of the 5 restaurants listed in the where to eat section of the room into were closed. The swimming pool was down, and apparently has been for a while because the front desk staff said it was on the website (which I didn't see when booking). I also smelled chlorine immediately upon entering the hotel, so not sure what was really going on and how long it had been out of order. When I took a shower, the water was luke warm at best. But right about the time I was finishing my shower, it finally started to get hot.
Two nights with family. Nice stay. All front desk folks were welcoming. Well-organized lobby — good use of the space — and the breakfast serving area was done well too. Varied breakfast with good food — eggs, bacon, sausage, waffles, oatmeal, fresh fruit, and bread/English Muffins. Good coffee too (but strong, which is how I like it).
Clean, good size room, great water pressure in shower, nice view, and fast, dependable elevators.
Only negative (and easily fixable): Luggage cart needs to be swapped out for four wheeled model — very hard to maneuver with lots of luggage.
Valet parking is nice but it is the only option here unless you don’t mind hunting for street parking.
Great location ,the athmosphere is modern furnitures and just right space no smoking which made me more happy since no distinctive smell and has policy for silence to aviod disturvance with other clients .
