Location
Wasn’t clean
It was freezing and the bed covers were inadequate.
Air conditioner leaked the entire 4 days. I had to call twice to get someone to deal with it, and it took 24 hours for maintenance to come. The carpet got soaked and mildewy. There was black mold in the bathroom, and a floor tile was loose.
The location was nice.
The property was a little dated. The air conditioner did not work very well and the room smelled damp. There were ants everywhere in our room and were on everything by the time we were leaving.
Staff overall room was good
Reported loose shower curtain rod .
Water was getting on the floor.
Was told it would be taken care of checked out 4 days later it was not repaired

The staff at the front desk - Ben and Matt were the best ! The gal who worked in cleaning and the gal who worked in the breakfast were so great and helpful!
Perfect! We had a few ants in our room and they came and sprayed
Beautiful and clean, the bed was amazingly comfortable as was the desk chair in the room. And the large shower was nice. Modern and with plenty of places to put products. I was incredibly happy with how clean and cozy it was.
Terrible water pressure in the shower, some minor damage of furniture, and the worst part, I could hear my neighbors conversation as clear as day through the bathroom wall. But none of those things are unexpected in an older hotel.
