Very well maintained and updated!
Pros:

Beautiful and clean, the bed was amazingly comfortable as was the desk chair in the room. And the large shower was nice. Modern and with plenty of places to put products. I was incredibly happy with how clean and cozy it was.

Cons:

Terrible water pressure in the shower, some minor damage of furniture, and the worst part, I could hear my neighbors conversation as clear as day through the bathroom wall. But none of those things are unexpected in an older hotel.

It was mold in the rooms, the beds were stained and it stinks. My mother inlaw has breathing problems and has oxygen so we did not stay due to the mold

Staff at check in was rude, the staff at the desk argued about why the room only gets 2 towels and 2 washcloths, rather then just getting us the two we needed for the four guests in our room, the coffee maker in our room had an old filter that was musty, the bed was uncomfortable, the curtains were broken off the hooks, the bathtub was dripping constantly. Pool hours weren't what we enjoy for our short weekend, we like to swim after breakfast and the pool didn't open until 10am, we eat at 7ish they refused to open it early. Their reason didn't make sense, they never have a lifeguard on duty, so why can't we use the pool before 10am?
The breakfast was okay, but nothing I would write home about.

Misleading and poor communication
Pros:

My 20 year old son needed to stay for a college wrestling tournament. When he arrived he was refused because of age. They told him he would be refunded but never refunded the money or communicated/ replied to my inquiry. None of their policies stated age restrictions. It said on this site anyone over 18 will be considered an adult. Poor communication and no follow thru or response (and my son had to find another hotel late at night).

They did not follow through or clearly state policies.
