Beautiful setting. A little away from the city but in a sylvan setting with walking paths just behind the hotel.

Hotel is nice, located in the middle of a forest. Rooms are comfortable, warm and clean but no proper GSM network coverage. Cell phone cannot be used in room. I made a reservation using the email address shown on the website. I never got any answer so I called for confirmation. They confirmed the reservation over the phone.Three days later, the reservation was nowhere to be found. They denied everything,my email, my call. Finally they provided a room but when I complained for their mistake they completely ignored me, never apologize and finally they informed me that I will never be allowed to stay at this hotel in the future. Practically they through me out. Breakfast starts at 8 but in reality the restaurant was closed at 8 am. All guests were drinking a coffee served in the lobby on reception desk. They charged me for breakfast but never served.

This is our first time visit in Romania, despite all the reviews that I read before our booking. I found that this hotel is very nice. Located in a remote forest area. Nice, clean and quiet away from the busy city. All the staff are very professional and friendly. The most importantly the food is amazing. I would travel here just for the food. It is at the right priced. You will need a car for this place. Staff do speak English, even they don't reply much, they will acknowledge with yes and thank you either in Romanian. I know not everyone can speak English, in comparison, their English is better than my Romanian speaking. Take some time to try communicating with a smile and be patience. You will realise it is amazing experience. I travel a lot frequently for leisure and this is one of the high light from one country to another.

The hotel is 4,5 km from the center of Botosani.They have no lift, even when they have 3 levels hotel. The ventilation by the bathroom make a lot of noices.
No minibar in the room. All the 4* hotels where i have been, have minibar in the room. This one not. The WC is next to the wall, so when you are seating, you must stay also with your body on the wall :).The guys by the reception was ok.

The hotel and the rooms are very nice and clean, friendly staff, really nice location(in the middle of the forest)
The prices for the hotel rooms are below of what they should charge for that quality.
Really enjoyed our stay there and we will come back.

We had supper in this restaurant on first night of our stay. We ordered our food and then waited for an hour and half for it to arrive, so don't go if you're needing to eat quickly!!
The food, when it arrived was ok and tasty and we enjoyed our meal
The restaurant was playing loud music which can be very off putting and the staff did not seem very sure of themselves so the service was not what we are used to in the U.K.
Overall we enjoyed our meal and the time we had to wait we spent conversing with our companions over a large glass of wine.
Paying was not easy, and they won't charge to room.
