Holiday Inn Express West Los Angeles by IHG

The breakfast was one of the best that I have had, when it comes to all inclusive hotels. The front desk was so lovely and made sure we were comfortable during our stay, even calling us to make sure we were happy with the room once settled in. Thank you to the housekeeping for making sure our room was cleaned right on schedule. 5 stars!!

I had the best experience with Holiday Inn Express west Los Angeles-Santa Monica by IHG. Front desk staff were very professional and always available to assist. A gentleman set up breakfast was great as well. He constantly checks food and cleans the area making sure customers are enjoying their meal. Thank you!

During breakfast at the hotel, we had the pleasure of being assisted by Angelina and Antonio, and they truly made the experience exceptional. They were incredibly friendly, attentive, and always willing to help. Despite the busy breakfast hours, they worked with impressive speed and efficiency, keeping everything organized and ensuring guests were well taken care of.

What stood out the most was their positive attitude and professionalism. They were always smiling, proactive, and clearly dedicated to providing great service. Their effort did not go unnoticed and made our mornings much more enjoyable.

A big thank you to Angelina and Antonio for their outstanding work. They are a great asset to the hotel team!

I visited Holiday Inn for a one night stay went down for breakfast service service and it was exceptional. Our breakfast team was Antonio and Angelina. Wonderful people very helpful always on the lookout if we needed anything so I want to praise their above and beyond excellent service thank you.

Angelina was extremely kind and attentive throughout our visit. She made sure we felt comfortable and well taken care of at all times. Her friendly attitude and professionalism truly stand out. She was also very sweet with our son, which we deeply appreciate as parents. Small gestures like that make a big difference.

Antonio, as always, provided excellent service as well. He is consistently courteous, helpful, and welcoming. It’s clear that both Angelina and Antonio Vanessa genuinely care about the guests and take pride in their work.

We are currently staying at the Holiday Inn EXPRESS in Los Angeles and we are truly impressed with the exceptional service we’ve received.

VANESSA and ANTONIO have been absolutely wonderful from the very beginning. VANESSA was especially kind to our son she gave him coloring pages and some toys to play with, which meant so much to us as parents. She was incredibly thoughtful and caring. We also had a lovely conversation with her, which made us feel even more welcome.

Both Vanessa and Antonio have been charming, attentive, and professional at all times. Their warm and friendly attitude made our stay even more enjoyable.

Excellent service from both of them always kind, always helpful, and always with a smile. They truly made a difference in our experience. Thank you for everything!

Great hotel, very clean and comfortable. Would recommend.

Had a really great stay here! The location is super convenient if you’re visiting Universal Studios Hollywood, and it’s only about a 20-minute drive from Beverly Hills, which was a huge plus. It’s also right off the 405 freeway, making it easy to get around. The breakfast was delicious with plenty of options, and the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made the stay even better. The only small downside is the area right around the hotel feels a little sketchy, but overall I still had a really good experience and would definitely stay again!

The hotel has been recently remodeled so the rooms are nice. The breakfast and fitness centers are quite decent for this category. The location is super-convenient. But don’t expect any charm: this is a very functional place

Melissa and Amanda Rock!! They were very pleasant, skilled and professional. Better than attendants at any of the more expensive LA hotels I frequent from time to time. Very quiet hotel. Very clean!! All the amenities one needs to visit for short or long stay. This place rocks, everyone. A little secret tucked away alongside 405. I think I’ll be staying there from here on out whenever I visit.

We have an amazing experience at this place and Lolie y Angelina were so attentive to the service. Great workers and great vibes!

Very accommodating Cande was so sweet and gave us our toiletries when we needed extra.

Breakfast is SUCH a treat at this hotel! I was famished and they went above-and-beyond to make sure I had everything needed from eggs, potatoes, omelets, bagels, cinnamon rolls, etc etc.

Antonio & Lolie in particular were incredibly helpful! I will be staying here as often as possible in the future thanks to the incredible care of this team! 🙏❤️
