这家地理位置一般

Cons:

下午一点多到酒店前台的像是印度裔经理告诉说三点后办理入住，如果交$39可以马上入住（根本没什么住客其就是讹诈）被我拒绝一直等下午三点入住！更可恨的是第二天退房，说押金后天下午三点退（我付的是现金押金）来旅游谁会再回来拿押金？太离谱了！所谓的hotel 环境和条件不如motel ！

Terrible.
Cons:

We had bugs in our beds, they were larva, and the manager said it was our fault. He became extremely hostile and said he wouldn’t compensate us even though we couldn’t even sleep in one of our rooms. The other room had roaches, that the manager said we had to have evidence for. We actually took pictures when we got back to the other room since there was a new roach in the room. I honestly would give this no stars if I could.

Despite the proximity to traffic, our stay was nice - including friendly staff and lovely breakfast.
Pros:

We like the breakfast offerings and time-frame. The location of the hotel is a little odd....tucked back in a corner, dead-end kind of street under a railway.

Cons:

Our only complaint was the actual location of the hotel and luckily we had an inner facing room because the outter rooms would no doubt be loud with traffic.

Enjoyed the stay
Pros:

I like that the housekeeping staff cleaned everyday and made sure we have clean towels, shampoo and sheets. They made my stay better

Cons:

I didn’t really like where the hotel was located, it was a bit sketchy but overall manageable

Pros:

Its close to restaurants

Cons:

The AC is so loud that its hard to sleep when its on. Water on the shower is very slow cant even take a shower properly. The pool is not pleasant.

unprofessional Rude Charged extra on my card

Me and my family stayed for two nights, after the 1 st night a very rude housekeeper knocks on our door , I asked if we may have" new towels she with an attitude said "give me the old towels" i said sure of course"
I was charged $50 for towels!! , we cleaned our room spotless! however they charged for "stains"
you can tell they just want to charge you for any little thing to get money out of you
when I called front desk questioning these charges front desk man said i will send you pictures at my convenience
lol never again Unprofessional . I travel ALOT and never been charged or been a problem to any hotel

Wouldn’t stay again.
Pros:

I liked the set up of the room was probably all I liked

Cons:

The room has a lot of flying bugs, the bed made so much noise you couldn’t even move at night. Also never received my deposit I had to call my bank for it back. They kept telling me they send it but it was already 2 weeks and nothing. Parking lot is sketch, people outside their cars just waiting doing nothing. It’s dark.
