Great big sized rooms
Pros:

It was a good location and clean.

Cons:

There was no water pressure in the shower and it didn’t get hot.

Clean enough, quietly enough, friendly enough.
Pros:

Nice area, close to great food options. Pretty plant life.

Cons:

Close to the freeway, heard it all night long, beds were hard, pillows were tiny, had to argue with the man on duty for extra towels. He said they only had pool towels left then threw a fit when asked for them because they were needed.

Choose Another Place To Stay
Pros:

The location was close to where I needed to be.

Cons:

The hotel staff was rude, there were little drain or fruit flies all over our room, the HVAC was very loud, the bathroom fan that is automatic with thy light was very loud, and the freeway noise was louder than expected. This hotel is not a Best Western quality hotel.

It sits just off the highway (so the road noise is deafening 24/7)!; very low water pressure in the shower (you could hardly get the soap rinsed off your body);

Decent stay for a decent price.
Pros:

The staff was nice and helpful. They took care of any problems I addressed to them. I got all my questions answered and they were accommodating. The facilities were nice. I enjoyed the continental breakfast.

Cons:

Wish the pool was heated. The room was similar to the pictures online, but not what I expected. The first room we were assigned to was not cleaned by expectations.

Overall, a great location, clean, well maintained, quiet enviroment. Good value, helpful staff.
Pros:

the breakfast was more complete than we had read it would be. Very happy for the upgrade with yogurt and waffles.

Cons:

the bed had a noise, coming from the pedestal part, room 159. When we had to move to another room, there was no noisy pedestal.
