Never staying here again — terrible noise, poor sleep, and disappointing service.
Pros:

1. My room had been renovated, so the flooring was relatively new, and the bathroom was fairly clean.

2. The air conditioning unit was relatively quiet. Although the heating was slow, it worked reasonably well when I raised the temperature and set the fan to maximum speed. However, because of the unit's location, very little warm air reached the bathroom or vanity area.

Cons:

1. Unbearable noise: Rooms facing Highways 57/60 are extremely noisy. Poor soundproofing and gaps around the doors made sleep nearly impossible. No earplugs were provided.
2. Unequal treatment: Staff offered the white guest ahead of me complimentary water but offered me none. I felt discriminated against. Children also count as adults for occupancy, with extra fees for exceeding the limit.
3. Noisy beds: The hollow metal bed frame squeaked loudly with every movement, even when accidentally touched.
4. Disappointing breakfast: No bacon, sausage, or yogurt. Very limited choices, with extremely diluted orange juice. Signs in three languages warned of extra charges for taking food away in personal bags. I've never seen this at another hotel.
5. Poor cleanliness: I found hair behind the pillows and under the duvet cover.
6. No microwave in the room.

Enjoyable
Pros:

I love the prime location! Not only is it in a cul-de-sac which is nice due to street traffic, but anything you need is within walking distance. Hotel was absolutely comfortable and big, clean and staff was super NICE!! it felt like family. I will absolutely stay here again!!

Cons:

Just keep in mind that the vending machines are in the lobby and I never found the ice machine 😄

Cons:

Very disappointed with our 7-night stay. The room features a tiny desk. The bathroom was even worse: the sink faucet base was actively leaking, leaving the entire countertop soaked and making it impossible to even place the tissue box anywhere. On top of that, the tissue box was empty upon arrival, and the sink was draining extremely slowly—so much so that I had to clear out a massive, disgusting clump of hair from the drain myself. Between the broken facilities and appalling hygiene, this stay was completely unacceptable. We will not be returning.

For the price I paid I was not impressed.
