Nice stay
Comfy quiet relaxing stay in a nice spacious clean room. We stopped here on our Florida road trip from the keys to Disney and it was nice to be able to do our laundry as well. Only stayed for one night, but definitely planning a longer stay next time.
Great experience for the family
The property was great minus some aspects of our room. Apparently not all the rooms in the hotel are managed by Marriott and are owned by 3rd parties. This leads me to believe that the upkeep of the actual rooms themselves is different than all rooms. We had a two bedroom suite (one with kind bed, the other with two queens) with a common area/kitchen. The door to one toilet didn't close (pocket doors) which essentially made the toilet unusable outside my kids and the other bathroom had pocket doors leading to the entry of the entire bathroom with only one of the doors in working shape. Otherwise the property is nice with two pool options, the employees very friendly and the access to the beach easy and smooth.

Clean, spacious
This is connected to the Marriott singer island but it is not managed by the Marriott it is managed by a company that is not on site and if you have a pro they don’t answer the phone we checked in and not more than being in the room for 5 minutes a huge cockroach ran by it came from behind the refrigerator within ten min of being there we seen 7 more as we were trying to kill them more kept running around it was a horror movie!!! We went to the front desk and she said because Marriott dont manage that unit that she can’t help and have me a number to call I called the number 20 times to ask for a new room no response!!! At 4 am with no sleep, grossed out by roaches all over the place and no help we left and drove 4 hours. Back to Orlando. I videoed the roaches made sure in the video you can see it is that unit made sure it is time stamped and dated so the manager could see all the roaches next day I email Expedia for help and thry finally got a response from the manager that says there is no cockroach’s in his place and the cleaners found nothing he refused to look at my video and pics that clearly show them running around . But he refused a refund and denied any roaches but won’t acknowledge my video of the proof
Of you go to this hotel go through the Marriott don’t rent through singer island resort and Spa they have out dated units that have not been renovated for 20 years and cockroach’s
Very nice. Loved the lagoon pool area with the slide for the kids. All staff very nice with the exception of young lady working in Starbucks, extremely rude.
We waited for our room as we were early which was no problem. We went to check in after 4pm check in time. We were taken and put into a dirty room. Housekeeping staff reported they only had the kitchen to finish. So we waited on the balcony. The staff apologized and told us that this room was own by third party so they could not assist we needed to contact property owner. They left dirty dishes in the dishwasher and dust everywhere. Toilet was broken. And making a loud buzzing noise. We called the number on the app to contact property. We wanted them to be aware the toilet issues was before we got in there. We spoke with manager of guest services manager James. Who was very rude and condescending. Never once apologized. The only thing he offered to us was to leave the room and have housekeeping come back and re clean the entire condo. As it was already past check in time and long day travel that is the last thing we wanted to do. Manager james continued to question me regarding toilet. Stated that toilets break they will send someone to fix it. Someone had to come 3 times to fix it. The second toilet then kept clogging and we were given a plunger. The pool and beach are great. Just rent with caution as you are dealing with third party with this room. Front desk can only help so much. Its a lot of money you spend on room to have to clean it and plunge toilets. Luxury Suites needs better customer service for their guest and better communication
Front desk staff was not friendly, I called to find out when the pool slide was going to reopened, since we got to the hotel on Sunday it was closed, and the lady that answered my call gave us the impression that we were bothering her with our question. "I had no Idea the slide was not working," in an annoyed way, "I will find out" and the next thing I know she hang up the phone on me. No costumer service at all.
Let me first start off by saying while these suites are part of the Marriott property, you are not booking with the Marriott and the service is nowhere near the same.
The room looked clean and nice at first glance but as we settled in we realized it is in need of deep cleaning. There were stains on the couch/sofa bed, throw pillows and the sofa bed itself was unstable and didn’t set up properly. As we were setting it up we realized we didn’t have any sheets for it (there were only itchy blankets and comforters available). When we called to ask for sheets and to inform them about the sofa bed, the gentleman was very defensive saying “no sofa beds are comfortable” and since we bought the least expensive room (keep in mind we booked the “luxury king suite”) that we shouldn’t expect anything else but that he’d be glad to upgrade us at our expense. The room wasn’t very neat. Lamp shades were tilted, shelf items were pushed to the side and not placed very neat. All in all it was terrible. Since this property shares the property with Marriott, it seems nice at first but it’s definitely not up to Marriott standards for hospitality, cleanliness or comfort. Spend the extra $$$$ per night to get what you’re expecting.

The sink was broke, there were cockroaches and I have pictures to show it. It was very expensive for one night for this nasty environment.
From the moment I checked in, it was hot and the a/c was broken. They sent “engineers”to look and they just changed a filter and left. Some the a/c didn’t begin to cool, then sent another engineer the following day. The the reset the system and told us to wait a few hours. On the third day, a real a/c mechanic determined that the system’s motherboard was shot and it would’ve never began to work. After 3 HOT days, they moved us to another room. The promised to contact me for refunds and NOBODY ever did.
The room was nice but the cleaning crew left a huge hairball on the coffee table or side table by the front door. And the calamari we ordered from room service was rancid, toxic, old fish. The pool was the best part.

It is located on the beach and the staff is very accommodating.
