Pros:

Location was fantastic! Went to a concert at jiffy lube live and it was an easy drive! Plus there is lots of other stuff in the area

The hotel needs TLC. Disrty and run down. Staff is friendly.

Cons:

The room wasn’t very clean, my daughter got stuck in the bathroom the door was jammed. Also the AC wasn’t working . After a kind gentle man. Apparently manager came out and heard about my daughter been stuck in the bathroom he suggested getting a different room. We had to be in a concert and we lost an hour of our time. Second was decent.

Not worth the cost. The individuals blocking the front entrance appearedpossibly criminal in nature.

The staff allowed a group of people to block the front entrance of the door when entering the building. The atmosphere when attempting to approach the building was not pleasant.

Pros:

Older no doubt but amazing housekeeping staff(the bathroom was exceptional)good breakfast, awesome pool. 2nd time I've stayed and will continue to use this facility in the future.

Disappointing. You carry the BEST WESTERN name but its the WORST WESTERN ive been to.
Pros:

I had put in the comment section I needed a handicapped room. Or something accessible for handicap. I got placed on the bottom floor, around on the side of the building and had 2 steps that was needed to even get into the building! The bathtub had no handles, no nothing to hold onto. All the rooms, handicap or not should have something to grab in case of a fall. The room wasn't anywhere remotely close to being handicap accessible. That was a total let down!

Cons:

No grab bars in bath, 2 steps to get into the building when specified i had a handicap adult. The cleanliness was mediocre at that. I found a cup from a previous guest behind the TV stand. I left it. Not my job. And there were sticky traps for bugs behind there too. Disgusting. Get a exterminator.

Pros:

I was not there for long, so I didn’t have the chance to use the pool and I chose to sleep until my check out time. But I loved that the place feels clean and welcoming. I will definitely visit again.
