Gutes Stadthotel
Pros:

Das Zimmer lag im 4. Stock zum ruhigen Innenhof. Es war perfekt, weil an dem heißen Juni-Wochenende die Klimaanlage äußerst wichtig war, so dass der Aufenthalt sehr angenehm war.
Das Frühstück war reichhaltig und bot viele gute Möglichkeiten. Auch waren die Damen im Service sehr nett und unkompliziert.

Grandioses Frühstück, sympathisches Personal, schönes Appartement
Pros:

Wir haben durch ein kostenloses Upgrade ein schönes, großes Appartement bekommen. Die Herren an der Rezeption sind sympathisch und nett.
Außerdem ist das Frühstück sehr gut, reichhaltig und abwechslungsreich. Ein Sekt am Morgen hebt die Stimmung 🙂. Die Damen, die sich um das Frühstück kümmern, sind sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die schauen stets, daß es den Gästen an nichts fehlt.

Cons:

Einzig die Kopfkissen könnten etwas komfortabler sein. Es stehen zwei Varianten zur Auswahl, die aber beide sehr ähnlich sind. Für uns hätten sie etwas weicher sein können. Der Herr an der Rezeption sagte beim Check Out, daß wir andere Kissen hätten bekommen können, wenn wir uns gemeldet hätten. Beim nächsten Mal 😄.

Luxurious suite - some staff really friendly

Excellent location and we had an upgraded room which was lovely

Cons:

Our shower didn’t work well for the whole of our stay - I informed reception several tinn mi es but it was not resolved
