Josh and his staff were incredibly kind and empathetic during mine and my families stay here. We stayed for about a week

Property is under construction so it’s not perfect but that’s to be expected, other than that the property is clean, staff are friendly, lobby has coffee at all times, WiFi, and close walking distance to downtown amenities.

I admired the size of the building and decorations upon entering the lobby as well as how " old" the building appeared.

Cons:

I didn't like the very u professionalism of the evening/night staff woman. She was very unprofessional and rude. Also didn't care for the fact that coming into the building on either door on either side, there are only stairs and no ramps. It's very inconvenient and then once u are in there's a ramp to go into the lobby.

Horrible. Left early and can't get my money back for the the night we didn't use.
Pros:

Less than satisfied. This is the 2nd complaint I have made about this particular location. It has

The bed was comfortable.

Cons:

The elevator was not working. There were severe stains in the carpet in the stairway, and bedroom. The 2 room key cards first given did not work so I had to go down the stairs to report to front desk. Only one of the 2nd set of key cards worked.. the continental breakfast was closed until further notice.

Over all it was good.
Pros:

The location is excellent for my needs. The staff is very friendly. The beds were comfortable.

Cons:

The slide over lock on my door had previously been busted and a new one was drilled into the weak parts of the wood not making the lock very secure. The door handle was installed incorrectly (according to the desk check-in staff) so you had to lift the handle rather than press it down. Which is fine after knowing but initially it seemed as though the lock was stuck.
