Comfortable. They said they have done renovations but the place needs a major upgrade.

Location was perfect for our stay

Cons:

There was a problem with water filling the elevator shaft. We were told there was 6 foot of water in the shaft yet they didn’t close the elevator. We used the stairs but others were using the elevator unaware of the problem until they rode it and heard water running.

Good hotel
Pros:

Comfortable beds and friendly staff. We stayed here when it was a Best Western, so we decided to stay again while visiting family in the surrounding areas. We love the location and how close it is to alot of restaurants and shops.

Cons:

The lack of handicap parking and handicap rooms. No microwave or fridge for long stay. Construction/remodel still going on while we stayed. Noise in the hallway/connected room. Cleanliness of the bathroom when we checked in (hair in bathtub) Rooms look nothing like the online photos.

Josh and his staff were incredibly kind and empathetic during mine and my families stay here. We stayed for about a week
Pros:

Property is under construction so it’s not perfect but that’s to be expected, other than that the property is clean, staff are friendly, lobby has coffee at all times, WiFi, and close walking distance to downtown amenities.
