Well, district manager stole money from us and charged us in extra room day without our permission. Very unhappy

As a loyal returning guest who has stayed at this hotel for the past two years, I was genuinely disappointed by the new

The room was clean, and the hotel provided a good breakfast. The location is very convenient for our swim meets, which is why we have stayed here for the past two years.

Cons:

I was disappointed by the new policies and the overall service. The hotel now requires a $250 security deposit ($150 for the room and $100 for a service dog), which is a large amount to have on hold, especially as a returning guest. We have stayed here for the past two years during swim meets, but this time the staff was not as friendly as before. My request for a late check-out was declined, and the interaction at the front desk felt unfriendly. In addition, the area behind the hotel did not feel safe because several people were lingering around the parking lot and behaving in a way that made us feel uncomfortable.
