Excellent service at C Central Resort The Palm. Johnson at the concierge was professional, courteous, and very helpful throughout our stay. The hotel is well-maintained, welcoming, and offers a high standard of hospitality. A very pleasant experience overall.

I am just amazed by how friendly everyone was. All staff super nice and not pushy.

C Central Buffet completely exceeded our expectations. From the moment we arrived, we were treated like kings. The staff are extremely vigilant, warm, and highly professional — attentive without ever being intrusive.

We especially admire the professionalism of Shwe, Rose (the manager), and Fawad, our waiter, who was incredibly attentive and made sure everything was perfect. While these are the team members we interacted with the most, it’s clear that everyone here operates on another level.

The food is simply unbelievable — fresh, perfectly cooked, and full of flavor. Every dish was delicious, and the variety never compromises quality.

Overall, the entire experience was worth everything. Service, food, atmosphere — everything was exceptional. A place we will absolutely return to. Highly recommended.

I stayed here last week with my mum. We had the best stay and all the staff were very helpful and friendly. We would definitely stay here again. The room was clean and all facilities were great. Thank you to all the staff for taking care of my mum :)

It was an exciting experiance and a fantastic stay, many thanks to front desk receptionist Alyza and Hasnaa who made my stay a great one for the checkin preparations and also all the staff, also the food and beverage team with Fawad for his endless service.

I stayed for 3 nights and 4 days at C Central Resort in Palm Jumeirah, Dubai. I really liked their breakfast varieties, and the room service was also very good. Everything worked well during my stay. Whenever I needed something, I just had to call, and they arranged it quickly and easily.
Prasad and Raj were also very helpful — they assisted me with everything I needed.

Had an amazing stay. The rooms were clean, the staff was extremely polite, and the service was quick. Highly recommend.

This is a great hotel. One of the only ones offering all inclusive including alcoholic drinks. The staff was incredibly nice and helpful. The food was excellent, outstanding !
We also booked a private romantic dining experience on the beach and it was amazing. The food again was exceptional.

The rooms are good and there are plenty of amenities. The design of the hotel is modern and it is very clean. The views from the hotel are amazing. I really recommend.

Check in, room, food all very good. Looked after very well by all staff with particular mention to Fawad during breakfast and the lunch we purchased in the Grill. Overall a very good 2 day lay over on way back from Australia to the UK. Would recommend as good value for money. Thank you all.

Perfect location amazing hotel, amazing staff very helpful nothing too much trouble the concierge brilliant as I lost my phone and he help me by contacting the airport.
Also the food is fabulous catered for everyone. Only issue is when ordering a cocktail as we were all inclusive it was in a pint pot. Need some new cocktail glasses but all cocktails were amazing. Well done to everyone to the guys who clean the rooms to the bar staff we will be back and would definitely recommend this hotel.

Our honeymoon stay at C Central Resort was absolutely amazing. From the moment we walked through the doors, the staff made us feel genuinely special and welcomed. Two team members in particular, Chef Amora and Chal Jawad-Ihssane, went above and beyond throughout our stay.

Chef Amora prepared fresh, personalised dishes that weren’t even on the menu to accommodate my husband’s meal preferences, and the effort and care that went into every plate were incredible. Chal Jawad-Ihssane was equally outstanding, offering warm, attentive service that made our experience truly memorable.

Amazing, amazing service all around. C Central Resort made our honeymoon unforgettable, and we couldn’t be more grateful. Highly recommend!

I stayed here with my parents for 5 nights on an all inclusive basis. We have had a lovely and relaxing stay. The room is great with a nice view and the amenities are great as well. The only thing that could be better are the sunbeds with the beach and the pool.

We were unsure of the need for all inclusive at first, but we did not regret anything! The variety is amazing and we very much enjoyed the food every morning, afternoon and evening. The quality is VERY good and there is something different every time. Great compliments to the chef!

A special mention should go to Mr. Fawad - he really is the star of the hotel! The hotel is lucky to have someone like him and so were we. We bonded with him very quickly and he really is a joy to be around. He went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. He even made sure that I got my favourite fruit each day, even if it was not on the buffet! Without Fawad our experience would have been very different. Thank you!!

I had the absolute best experience in this hotel. From as soon as we entered to when we left the service was absolutely amazing. The people were so so so nice and went above and beyond, thanks to raoul, Johnson and Eddie for amazing service and always checking in on us and seeing how we were doing or just small talk.

The staff outside the hotel at the taxi pickup spot always welcomed up with a hello and a warm smile. All the lifeguards were super friendly and always had a smile on their face.

I wanted to give a special mention and thankyou to Fawad, who truly went above and beyond. He made us feeling super comfortable and he really looked after me and my family. he never failed to make conversation with us and always asking if we needed anything. He was amazing and every hotel needs someone like him. Big thankyou to fawad.

The housekeepers were amazing always smiling and always came back to a spotless room. They always gave us what we needed as soon as we asked and never limited us

We had tea coffe n water unlimited in our room .fruit bowl too.

The swimming pool is nice with sea veiw n beach wow best time in there .clear water n sand 👌 just pure bliss .

.only downfall is the size if the room my daughter had to sleep on a guest bed we paid full price for a guest bed so was not happy about that as we had 11nights there you need a proper bed

Shower caps/loofas/earbuds/nailfile/mouthwash/body lotion/razer/toothbrush/ paste/sewing kit/ alll provided and your not restricted to just one a day .
Its super quality iv never felt smooth hair on holiday before with hotel products .

We had bed n breakfast and everyday my girls would jump up outa bed for it .thats a first!

Here we met Fawad he is sucha a lovely lovely guy super caring and looked after us everyday he made my daughters feel welcome n genuinely created a bond with us all .he made our stay unforgettable . all staff are attentive. but we connected with fawad in dining /breakfast area.

My husband and I visited the hotel in October 2025. We actually stay at the First Central Hotel and come over for a few days at the beach. We were warmly welcomed by Eddie at the front desk and he has such a wonderful way of making you feel at home, ensuring we had everything we need, whilst always remaining professional. In fact, all the staff we encountered were so friendly and do everything they can to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. We thoroughly enjoyed our cool drinks, excellent salads and exotic fruit plates for lunch and swimming in the calm warm sea. It really is the best place for a relaxing break and fills our dreams during the cold winter months back in the UK and we can't wait to return for our next trip. Thank you all again for such a wonderful time.
