Buenas tardes, mi mujer y yo vivimos en España, yo soy español y ella vivía en Nicaragua hace unos años, cuando viajamos a ver a su familia nos hospedamos en este grandioso sitio, para nosotros es muy cómodo por la ubicación, y nos encanta el trato de las personas que trabajan en el hotel mi experiencia es muy buena y ya conocemos y nos conocen los camareros y demás en especial el chef, un fuerte abrazo para él y compañía. Siempre Me gusta quedarme en este hotel por su ubicación, está muy bien ubicado tanto como cuando vas de salida de Nicaragua, como cuando llegas y sus desayunos que ofrecen están excelentes.

Cons:

La habitación tenía un poco de mal olor y no estaba limpia, en el baño había cucarachas.

Overpriced, Uncomfortable and Poorly Maintained

Just the location.

Cons:

Extremely overpriced for what is offered—the only real advantage is the location next to the airport.
The staff were not particularly kind or welcoming, and comfort seems to be an unknown concept here. Our room had several dead insects, as well as some still alive. The air conditioning blows directly onto the bed, making it very uncomfortable to sleep. Although the bed itself was large, it was far from comfortable.
The bathtub was dirty and did not drain properly, and the sheets had visible stains. Overall, the cleanliness and condition of the room were far below what you would expect for such a high price.
What made the experience even worse was that, despite already paying such an expensive room rate, they wanted to charge us extra just to store our luggage for three days while we travelled to the Corn Islands.
For the price they charge, the level of comfort, cleanliness, hospitality, and service is simply unacceptable.
