Front desk, Natacha, was extremely hospitable and helpful during our stay!
Customers service was excellent Natasha was very helpful and pleasant.

It was such a pleasure and a blessing to interact with Natacha at the front desk during my last visit. Her calm voice and warm smile immediately put me at ease. Erick was so friendly and welcoming at check in. Aries was so helpful during the day and at checkout Natacha was so kind. The wait staff for the breakfast buffet were very attentive and nice. Such a nice staff. Would absolutely stay again if I’m in the area again.

On a business trip with my mom tagging along. This hotel was booked around 5pm and came in at a very reasonable price, even selecting the "free breakfast" option. The room was great. I appreciate two things the most: The shower is separated by a door from the vanity, so the mirror isn't fogged, and the closet is opposite the vanity, not visible from the room. For business travel with a partner those allows a little more privacy because you can set your clothes in the closet right outside the shower.
The breakfast was hot scrambled eggs (real eggs), hash brown patties, pork sausage links and bacon. There was also fresh fruit medley, yogurts, oatmeal, and Belgian waffles. I'm low carb so just eggs bacon and sausage. The ladies kept my coffee full and because I pre-paid for breakfast I was about to use my diamond credited to leave a tip and pick up a few items for the roads in the lobby (Hilton diamond members get a $15 credit per person each night at double tree).
The area is an office park off I95, so very safe.
