Wonderful.
Pros:

Very large and spacious room with big screen tv. Great breakfast that was made to order from very personable and friendly staff member. Would definitely recommend and stay there again.

I would stay here again.
Pros:

Conveniently located for my purpose. Friendly, helpful staff. Quiet.

Cons:

No indoor hallway, so it’s an outdoor walk to the pool, hot tub, breakfast lounge, vending machines and office. Not a big issue in the summer, but a little less than ideal in winter.

Pros:

This is a nice, clean option if you are looking for something more affordable in the area. We liked that it was a motel, so we could park right outside the room. It is really close to the road, but we didn't notice any road noise.

Pros:

The property was exceptionally well kept and the rooms were very comfortable. Loved the location which was central between (and very close to) Petoskey and Harbor Springs.

Simple but clean with a phenomenal staff that goes above and beyond to help guests be comfortable and enjoy their experience. Best continental breakfast I’ve ever had too.

Great time on business
Pros:

Booking was easy and the staff made it very easy to get into our room quickly and efficiently. The room was very clean with lots of soap, coffee, and plenty of towels, the amenities were also just as clean. I got the chance to enjoy the breakfast as well that had fresh eggs which is a luxury and they were very good alongside the full breakfast bar including waffles and fresh fruit.

Comfortable, clean, great stay in Harbor Springs!
Pros:

Check in was easy and Jodie at the front desk was friendly and accommodating. The jacuzzi king room was spacious and very clean. The bed was comfortable and the breakfast options were good.

Cons:

The half glass in the shower made for a wet floor. Hardly a complaint ;-)

The office staff, as always, are exceptionally kind and helpful. The location of the motel is ideal given our itinerary.

Cons:

We've stayed at the "Best, best" Western, a number of times over the years and have been so pleased with the accommodations. This particular stay, however was disappointing. The room's heating system was on and off throughout the night, with quite a loud noise, enough to wake us at times. Also, I'm not sure if it was the cleaning solution used to clean the room or the bedding but I seemed to have a reaction th
