Not to bad for the price
Pros:

The staff was super nice & the price was great

Cons:

The elevator takes forever! And it’s very small , the bathroom was too small as well, my mom with her wheelchair had such a hard time with this issue . The beds are very very firm ,

La ubicación estuvo muy bien para poder movernos de un lugar a otro teníamos una estación de metro a dos cuadras y la alameda a cinco cuadras cualquier lugar al que quisiéramos ir, llegábamos por cualquiera de las avenidas principales que están muy cerca.

Cons:

Un tema con las toallas, pensé que llegamos en una habitación para cuatro personas había solo tres tardaron muchísimo en llevar la "extra", y cada día pasaban por ella súper temprano entre 9 y 10 de la mañana.

Genial.
Pros:

La habitación era más amplia de lo esperado, lo cual fue genial ya que no nos sentíamos apretados en la habitación como en otros hoteles

Cons:

en algunas partes de la habitación había desperfectos lo cual no le va bien a la imagen, la alfombra se veía deteriorada en alguna de las partes de la habitación.

LA PEOR EXPERIENCIA
Pros:

Realmente no volvería ni aunque me pagaran por ir, la peor experiencia hotelera.

Cons:

Como mucha honestidad lo principal fue el pésimo trato del personal de recepción, las instalaciones viejas, malolientes, una ubicación peligrosa y demás puntos negativos.
