Las habitaciones están bien. Es un hotel antiguo, lo mantienen en condiciones buenas.
El personal es promedio, tuvimos un tema con la reserva de la habitación porque pedimos cama king y nos dieron dos matrimoniales, no hubo intención por parte del personal para buscar alguna alternativa, solución u oferta, mencionaban que estaban con cupo lleno.

El hotel está centrico, el estacionamiento bien. Mi problema fue que al llegar el baño estaba tapado, lo destaparon, se derramó, y no había quien limpiara, limpiaron con las toallas y para recuperar las toallas de las 2 de la tarde a las 10 de la noche nadie las llevó, bajé yo por ellas y me dieron las de la habitación de enfrente.
