Great location and room. Reims was wonderful and will probably stay again!
Pros:

Location was excellent being in the city centre. Car parking was my main concern as supercars and tight underground parking do not go well together. It was tight, however one of the staff guided us down and helped with directing us to a parking space. The hotel was modern and very clean. We opted not to have breakfast as we wanted to try some of the local cafes/bakeries.

Excellent location, car park and lovely rooms and facilities
Pros:

Gorgeous bedroom and excellent location near shops, restaurants and sights. Friendly and helpful staff and delicious food in the hotel restaurant. Car park underneath which could be reserved beforehand. 10 minute drive to champagne tours.

Cons:

The bed was a little hard for me bit maybe ok for other people.

Pros:

Gostamos da afabilidade e profissionalismo dos funcionários do restaurante e da qualidade da comida. A sugestão do champagne a copo deveria ser melhor.
Pequeno almoço dentro do esperado, sala grande mas... demasiado cheia e com temperatura acima do esperado

Cons:

Quarto de reduzidas dimensões com portas de acesso ao WC estreita. Sem um acessório para pendurar as toalhas.
Para um casal é um quarto demasiado pequeno!

Excellent hotel.
Pros:

Can't fault the hotel, it had everything.

Cons:

Not enough coffee capsules. One drawer hadn't been emptied and had someone else's underwear in.

Pros:

The whole ambiance of an upscale business style hotel with a contemporary feel.

Cons:

I found it difficult to understand the taps in shower sink. But once u know its obvious.

One of the rooms only had a bath with a handheld shower...which was difficult to use unless sitting in the bath. The hotel said we should have requested a shower!!! I would expect all modern hotels to have a useable shower, and we were not impressed!!
