Het ontbijt was heel goed verzorgd. Er is een ruim aanbod. We hebben hier erg van genoten.
Dit is het eerste hotel, tijdens onze reis van 3 weken, waarin we zijn teleurgesteld in de klantenservice van het personeel. En dit terwijl het een van de duurdere (ivm laatste nacht voordat we vlogen) hotel was. Weinig flexibiliteit en meedenken.
We vonden de kamer naar rook stinken, het leek erop alsof er binnen gerookt was.
Very modern and clean hotel
The breakfast was very good and varied, and the dinner was also elegant and delicious. In the evenings there was great music and lighting — we really enjoyed it.
There was sometimes a strange smell in the elevator. But is was okay.:)
Nice hotel located directly on the beach with an infinity pool on the roof. Plenty of good restaurants with delicious seafood located on the beach.

Ich hatte ein Basic-Zimmer nur mit Ventilator. Der Ventilator war recht laut.
Im Zimmer ist ein Teppichboden, was ich persönlich nicht so gerne habe.
The swimming pool location was good
Staff are not trained well. It mentioned the beach front but the hotel doesn't have a private beach instead it was a general beach.
Food is average.
I ordered an extra water bottle at midnight but the reception requested me to collect it from the restaurant. So I went to the restaurant & paid money and collected the water bottle myself.
After all I am unable to judge hotels from booking.com according to the pictures provided.

- Zwembad met mooi uitzicht
- Goede muziek bij zwembad/poolbar
- Meeste personeel was vriendelijk en behulpzaam
- Lekker en uitgebreid ontbijt
- Goedwerkende wifi, ijskast en airco
- Voldoende stopcontacten, alsook EU stopcontact aanwezig
- We hadden in de ochtend gevraagd of we voor vertrek naar de luchthaven konden douchen. De man zei dat we dit in een apart kamertje konden doen. In de namiddag kwamen we terug om te vragen om ons te begeleiden naar het kamertje om ons te douchen. Toen zaten er andere mensen dan in de ochtend en zij stuurde ons gewoon naar de douche van het zwembad (deze was vies, had slechte geur, donker, enkel koud water, …). We gaven dit aan en de vrouw zei dat housekeeping dit zou komen oplossen, nooit iemand aan deze douche gezien van housekeeping. Dus dit vonden we echt niet oké!
- Groot deel van het personeel spreekt slecht Engels, wat de communicatie soms moeilijk maakte
- Eén avond in het restaurant van het hotel gegeten. Hier 40 minuten moeten wachten op enkel onze softdrink al, pas na 50 minuten kregen we ons eten… Meerdere mensen horen klagen hierover… Mensen met een andere kleur armbandje kregen ook telkens voorrang ook al zat je daar al veel langer te wachten

Amazing view, well designed rooms, restaurant food and ambiance very good. Pool stunning.
Everything clean ans comfortable bed
No hand towels in room, slow service and the fan in our room could not be turned off.
Please note 3 star hotel not 4 but still good value.
Sehr gutes Frückstück mit toller Aussicht aufs Meer. Freundliches, sehr hilfsbereites Personal. Gemütliche Pool-Bar mit leckeren Drinks & Snacks.
