Overall a good relaxing stay.belcomy tables and chairs were not very clean

Cons:

The coffee maker / kettle inside wasn’t clean. Used too many times. So couldn’t enjoy a coffee at the room.

Unfortunately, our stay at this hotel was very disappointing.
There was a very loud function on the rooftop that went on until 1:30 a.m., making it almost impossible to sleep. The noise level was unacceptable, especially for guests who simply wanted to rest. It would have been helpful to be informed in advance or at least to have some consideration for hotel guests.
In general, the property felt quite dated, and many things didn’t seem to work properly anymore. The overall condition of the facilities gave the impression that maintenance has been neglected for some time. To make matters worse, there was no soap provided in the bathroom, which is a basic amenity that should always be available.
The staff was also not very friendly or welcoming, which added to the overall negative experience.
Sadly, I cannot recommend this hotel based on our stay.

Good stop over.

Cons:

Very loud music with loud bass until about midnight. Luckily we were tired from our flight so it didn't bother us as much as it normally would. But something to bare In mind as it is very loud!
Rooms were a little grubby. We stayed in the executive suite and the cream sofa was brown!

Avevo prenotato una sola notte, quella dell’arrivo a Colombo per smaltire il viaggio. La compagnia aerea è partita con tre ore di ritardo per cui abbiamo perso la coincidenza ma solo dopo 8 ore di attesa ci hanno detto che partivamo il giorno successivo. Nonostante io abbia subito cancellato la notte, l’hotel mi ha addebitato il costo ( quasi 80 euro) perché non ho disdetto 24 h prima. Ma io non sapevo di non dover andare, non potevo cancellare 24 h prima, era una situazione indipendente dalla mia volontà. Anche Booking ha chiesto di non addebitare la notte ma sono stati irremovibili e hanno trattenuto la somma. Senza parole per la sete di soldi
