Mediocre hotel

The location…right next to the beach

Cons:

It is a hotel that is pretending to be something it’s not! We booked two nights separately…they charged me an extra 20 USD to stay on the same room for two nights…the most expensive hotel we stayed in during our 22 nights in Sri Lanka. But you wouldn’t know it. Definitely not worth it. Room was large but not memorable. Breakfast usually buffet. Avoid the bar…they charged me £14 for a gin and tonic…3 times the price of everywhere else and more expensive than central london! They had a band in the rooftop bar…usual cover songs…we were glad to leave

Zklamání.
Pros:

Dostali jsme balíček na cestu,protože jsme brzo odjížděli.Obsah balíčku dostatečný,chuť průměrná.

Cons:

Velmi malý balkon,hodně opotřebované zařízení,neodtékala voda ve sprše.

Modernes Hotel, Strandlage 30 Min. vom Flughafen
Pros:

Strand nur ein paar Schritte entfernt; Zimmer samt Bad modern eingerichtet, groß.
Frühstücksbuffet gut. Pool auf der Dachterrasse.

Cons:

Fisch zum Abendessen mit Currysauce zugedeckt; Vorspeise nach der Hauptspeise gebracht;
Poolbadetuch musste gesucht werden.

Great location for first time in Sri Lanka.
Pros:

Location was great and the room and breakfast good.
Streets were easy to walk along and great little cafes/ restaurants to visit.

Cons:

When we arrived at 1:30am our initial greeting wasn’t as welcoming as hoped. No welcome drink, and key to door didn’t initially open. We were tired and staff very limited to one person at reception who appeared to be manning several things and probably didn’t have the luxury to do all the welcoming gestures.

Pros:

Ноер был превосходный. Было очень чисто. Велколепный вид из окна на океан. Если говорить о завтраке - все было вкусное и свежее. Это был в основном английскй завтрак. Присутствовали фрукты и овощи.

Cons:

Розетки в номере не плотно сидят в гнездах.

Pros:

It is right nex to the beach. The sunset is fantastic! They have a pool on the 7th floor. I do not have words for it! Everybody is really helpful and they offer one day trips to Kandy and a lot of other places and they have a 2 hour trip arund negombo and it was perfect, the driver/tour guide is very kind and helpful.

Cons:

Maybe the bed is too soft after 3 days you can feel it but other than that it was perfect!

Hotel with infinity pool close to the airport
Pros:

Stayed here for our first night because it’s close to the airport. Fantastic hotel with a brilliant spa and very friendly staff. The rooms are modern and it was much more relaxing than we expected for an airport-related stay. Would definitely come back!
