Cons:

Reception staff took more than 40 minutes to check us in even we were two rooms only and was no other customers were there.

Bedding was not comfy and furniture was heavily used.

Okay for one night
Pros:

Views are great, pool area is nice, food is decent

Cons:

Staff are a bit rude at times and generally very unhappy and unwelcoming.

Also issue with the fan in the room kept beeping and restarting all night hotel were unavailable to resolve and didn’t offer an alternative room

الفندق قديم ويحتاج إلى تجديد، والغرفة كانت بحالة متعبة. السرير غير مريح ويصدر أصواتًا مزعجة بسبب هيكل الخشب، مما جعل النوم صعبًا. كما أن الإزعاج من الطابق العلوي ومن الممرات كان مستمرًا طوال الوقت.

للأسف، كان تعامل طاقم العمل غير مرضٍ، خاصة عند تسجيل المغادرة، حيث تلقينا اتصالات ورسائل واتساب متكررة تطلب منا مغادرة الغرفة، ولم يكن هناك وقت حتى للرد أو التواصل معهم.

الأمر الأكثر إحباطًا أنني أبلغت الفندق مسبقًا بأننا سنصل حوالي الساعة 5 صباحًا بعد رحلة طويلة جدًا، وطلبت غرفة هادئة مع ستائر تعتيم جيدة حتى نتمكن من الراحة، لكن لم يتم مراعاة أي من هذه الطلبات.

بشكل عام، كانت التجربة دون التوقعات ولن أكرر الإقامة فيه.

Superb!
Pros:

Probably one of the best places I stayed in in Negombo. I was at the ocean suite and nothing beats the amazing views I got from that room. The staff are welcoming and kind and they graciously agreed to my late check-out request at no extra charges. I will definitely be staying here again.
