Well priced, modern hotel right on the beach and very clean
Pros:

Location, bed comfortable
Beautiful infinity pool. Unusual decor but made it feel very fresh and modern. A few steps to beach ( but not a real clean beach). Plenty of cafes within a few metres. Only about 15/20mins from airport and a much nicer location than Colombo. Good breakfasts.

Very relaxing atmosphere at the hotel.
Pros:

Liked the room overlooking the beach. The food was good. The view from the pool terrace was great.

Cons:

More towels in the bathroom and it also needed a garbage can.
The beach unfortunately was not inviting due to the black sand? that came coming up. Also there is no place to sit and relax.
The hotel should look into renting folding chairs that can be taken unto the beach.

Amazing, unforgettable stay. Extraordinary service and dinner.
Pros:

We were here on facilitating a Study Group from a University in Canada. 10 MBA Canadian students were here. We were really impressed by the hospitality of the staff. Specially the reception and the Front Office Manager (Krishan) were very helpful in all aspects. Food was great and the Group was so happy for the extraordinary service provided by the staff. Thanks for the special dinner provided, everyone was really happy and surprised with the food and service. The view was amazing and the rooms were so comfortable and clean. (Shamalie Wijesinghe)

Regal Reseau getaway
Pros:

Thank you very much the very good service, excellent quality rooms and toilet facilities. Meals and pool facilities are also of a good standard. We recommend your hotel for a holiday and getaway to anyone! Beach front location is also a big bonus!

Nice hotel and staff - spoiled by one scammer!!
Pros:

Lovely hotel, room, pool etc

Cons:

We were there for Holi which was dry. Bar man said no problem. Served us alcohol in mugs. Over charged us! Then said we could have drinks delivered to room. Said it was cash only. Told us where the ATM was. Massively over charged us. Later we ordered room service drinks. Paid by card no problem. He scammed us!

its has not value for money..
Pros:

breakfirst and dinner were delicious and staff are freindly

Cons:

i arrived to hotel around 2.00pM and wait for room around 4.00Pm.i reserverd twin bed sea view room,but inititially they gave me land side king side bed room,after i refused it finally offer 1ft floor sea view room.bathroom water had mud some time.also was disturb for sleep during night due to noisy of other rooms.

Ocean sviitti on viihtyisä. Näköala on upea. Aamiainen on herkullinen. Netti toimi. Sänky ja vuodevaatteet mukavat, siisti.

Cons:

Henkilökunnan asenne kaipaa korjaamista. Muutamaa poikkeusta lukuunottamatta, palvelu - sitä ei ollut. Poreammeen käytössä haasteita, henkilökunta kävi katsomassa tilanteen, ei korjaantunut. Sähköt reistailivat, ne korjattiin.
