The staff were really nice and respect

Cons:

The room was decent but we did see a rouches and at 8 am they were renavateing and being super loud and the back door there was ice right outside and I almost fell

Cons:

Upon checking in, headed to my room on the 2nd floor with no elevator. The hallway smelled like cigarettes. I was unable to enter my room with the card provided. Clerk opened room with master key and never changed the room key. After entering our suite, the desk was broken, fire alarm was disconnected, floor lamp was broken.

I booked a stay here for 9/27–9/28 and left within 3 minutes of checking in. The room had roaches, mold, broken glass, holes in the walls/ceilings, and non-working lights. I have photos documenting everything. This is a clear violation of basic health and safety standards — hotels are required by law to provide sanitary, pest-free accommodations. No guest should be exposed to such unsafe conditions.

Hallway carpets stained/worn. Some minor (cosmetic) maintenance issues in the bathroom, saw 2 bugs. So, a little disappointing, but fine for 1 night.
