Only nice thing was a change in room

Location was not bad

Cons:

Upon checking in, headed to my room on the 2nd floor with no elevator. The hallway smelled like cigarettes. I was unable to enter my room with the card provided. Clerk opened room with master key and never changed the room key. After entering our suite, the desk was broken, fire alarm was disconnected, floor lamp was broken.

I booked a stay here for 9/27–9/28 and left within 3 minutes of checking in. The room had roaches, mold, broken glass, holes in the walls/ceilings, and non-working lights. I have photos documenting everything. This is a clear violation of basic health and safety standards — hotels are required by law to provide sanitary, pest-free accommodations. No guest should be exposed to such unsafe conditions.

Plenty of parking.

Cons:

The room was absolutely disgusting that my spouse and I left 10 minutes after checking in, the room was filthy with a few cockroaches running around in the bathroom and a whole nest of bedbugs at the front side corners of the bed, (I have pictures for proof and will send them), not to mention what looks like dried blood on the box frame itself! I expect a full refund and have already sent in a complaint with booking.com. Absolutely revolting room!
